Well say she checked in 26th, checkout was 11 am on the 27th (as is usual). IIRC She had an escort gig that night so after the gig she was taken to the office and was trying to sleep there but he said she had to go so ended up at some park where JT bumped into her. IIRC

She looked like such a sweet girl in the last video. It just breaks my heart to think of her sitting there on a park bench with her worldly belongings in suitcases, and only her little dog Lacey for company. She could be anyone's lovely daughter, or grandaughter in trouble. I can totally understand the good samaritan act of that kind pastry chef, Jessica Trevers. What a shame that her mental disabilities prevented her from appreciating her parents, or SL, and the safe, loving homes they would have given her.
I trust she is in a better place now, which she deserves, and I pray for peace for her family. IMO

If it's off, I believe it will still ping. If the battery has been ripped out, and the phone has been tossed (in a lake, perhaps), it will not.

If the phone is turned off, it will not ping. It will go straight to voicemail if someone calls it, and will not log as an incoming call on the phone bill.

So at 11am on July 4th they were transporting her body to the farm ? Why 11? Why not first thing in the morning? Unless she was killed around 9 or something. But if she was killed the night before then why wait so long? I know I couldn't sleep if i killed someone. But they did? And slept in at that? And DM made French toast and then both caught the view and THEN they hit the road???

Just doing sone browsing in Tims trial threads. Randomly picked a day which happened to be SS testimony. This makes my head spin. Was SS already trying to cover for DM on LB back then ?

Schlatman says Millard knew how to operate it. 'I showed him how to use it, the instruction booklet' #Bosma

Needed to do a test burn, to break in the fire brick. Schlatman did the test burn without Millard. Taught Millard how to use Eliminator.

Schlatman did the test or 'break-in' burn. Millard wasn't there for that, but he says he did know how to use it. He showed him how. #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 15s15 seconds ago
Schlatman says he did the first burn on the Eliminator and he also taught Millard how to use it

Schlatman says he gave Millard instructions around August, Sept. #Bosma
Ahhhh....more lies. Me thinks SS attended the ceremony.

How is it though that it took 11 months to charge him/them with the other murders. Maybe the evidence is not as strong as we think. 11 months is a long time..

Suspect we know most of what is going to come out besides contents of some text messages and perhaps some gun items that may have been mentioned in the open but we don't have a copy of it

I think they've proven she's dead (she isn't the type who's just going to cut everyone off and start a new life) and they've shown these two were with her when she last was alive (via her phone that she used constantly). Then you have the Eliminator stuff happening at the same time. Don't expect any big ah-ha moments.

According to the mapped records, the phones belonging to Smich, Millard and Babcock all began moving west on July 4. Court heard Smich’s phone eventually headed to his Oakville home while those belonging to Millard and Babcock continued to move together in a route along the QEW. Millard’s phone eventually bounced off cellphone towers near his Waterloo-area farm and his aviation company nearby before heading back to Toronto.

Using phone records and Google Earth maps, Rubelo set out to show in his testimony that both Babcock and Millard's phones hit the same cell site, at 5324 Dundas Street West, near Kipling transit station in Toronto's west end, during the afternoon of July 3.

Both phones then moved to or near Millard's home in Etobicoke. At the same time, Smich's phone connected to a tower at 210 Markland Drive, just a few hundred metres of Millard's home.

If he wanted to shoot her why not just take her for a drive to the farm at night and do it there? Makes no sense to plan a murder at his dad's house in a heavily residential area then dealing with transporting the body to the car then just to end up at the farm in the first place? But nothing he does makes sense. This is very frustrating lol it's like reading a super captivating book with key pages missing and you hold the only copy

When I read he ordered a new mattress for the Maple Gate house, I assumed that he had shot her in bed there, or maybe put her under a mattress doubled over to muffle the sound of the gunshot. They may have used the mattress in the back of the truck to collect anymore blood. Yes, it would have been less problematic to strangle or smother her, because there would not be all the blood evidence that results from a shooting, but I think both DM and MS wanted to use the gun, and experience the excitement of killing someone with it. I still wonder if they made a snuff move out of it. These are absolute monsters, and ordinary logic does not always apply. IMO

Speculating... up til 3am on the "mission" (shudder)... then bleary eyed... trying to get the new IPAD toy flipped over to MS untl 7am... 8am order a new rush mattress... 9am Dir3n33d snuck in a game of DOTA2 while waiting for WM to leave after shaking his hangover...10am loaded the 3500 with mattress and body... 10:30am in Oakville picking up some more weed for MS... 11am realize phone should be off...

These two were a real-world "dumb & dumber"

That wouldn't stop the pings. I think there was just no incoming calls/texts for the last 10 mins hence no reason to ping and then simply it being destroyed in the lake

Having no battery power is the same as pulling battery. It takes power to ping things.

1 more thing. Wouldn't his dad be home at this time? Weekday evening? So what about him? Maybe he knew or found out? Maybe that's why DM killed him?

I doubt that his Dad would have allowed someone to be murdered in his home and not tell the police. His Dad was probably out of town. Apparently he did a lot of travelling, so maybe he was on a trip?

Dellen... dellen !!! What did I tell you about murdering inside the house??!
But dad....
That's why I bought you the farm...
But dadddddddd...its faaar :(
No buts young man.

I respectfully disagree. it is a 10 week trial, we are still only in week 2.

Crown have only just set the stage with the initial witnesses, around the victim's life leading up to her murder.
Lots of evidence still to come... There was Terabytes of forensic data collected and sorted. LB phone records, digital forensics from DM, MS phone, IPAD, mulitple computers at Maplegate.
AM, SS and other DM-MS buddies, more on the incinerator, forensics evidence from Roseville Rd farm, and there is a tie-in to CN re: date of arrests- perhaps the camera system from the hangar found in her closet... this was a direct indictment, so IMO there will be more than circumstantial evidence of DM and MS involvement.
