My impression: DM may have broken into LB's parents' home after the murder. MS was on 'clean up duty' at the crime scene.

I don't believe it to be that way. SS said it was to burn DM's property(s) garbage. This shows that it was for more than that.

He advertized
He already had jobs lined up

Both of which SS knew according to these texts. IMO

SS only thought jobs were lined up because DM told him there were. He needed a cover story for SS about this incinerator. We aren't going to see any communication about jobs. He needed to have a reason for SS that this needed to be hurried and that he had to have it mobile to take it somewhere. Telling him that it was going to the farm to burn the body of the girl he offed wasn't information that SS might have accepted so easily.

Now messages between Millard and Shaner. This is from July 21 and 22. Shaner is asking if the "propane is all done on the Bbq?" Millard responds with yes. Shaner asks if it's at the hangar, and Millard says "nope."
