WOW, regarding the Life Insurance. I'd never even thought of that angle. Hmmmmmm I can DEFINITELY see KC doing that!

Days and days of converting cell phone pings and google maps and google earth, trying to pin down more of an exact address of where KC could have been near her house and not believing that she was at the house all the time just because the pings hit there.
The pings inside the three towers for the house are the same for the location of the remains that were found.

I am curious as to whether Klee had life insurance? And if so, who was the beneficiary?

The reason why I ask this is because in a text message that KC sent to Amy, KC mentioned something about insurance papers being forwarded to new address where she would be rooming with Amy. As a young mom I have life insurance on my kids and I have moved several times and not once did I think to have insurance papers forwarded to my new address. Did she need the insurance papers just in case something happened to her daughter?

I've wondered about this, too. I have figured that Cindy would handle the insurance. Life insurance for healthy kids is a minimal expense. Of course, she could have established Casey as the beneficiary.

I think that is the other way around...Amy mentioned insurance papers being forwarded........remember Amy crashed her car.

Posting this again, but it never made sense to me that Casey went back to the Anthony home about every week day. I thought she was trying to get to the economic stimulus check in the mail, but now it makes sense that she was going back to the scene just like so many murderers do. Also, the cell phone pings led to nothing, and now we know why. She never left the area to dispose of the body. Now, if I can just learn what went wrong with the smell ending up in the vehicle my questions will be answered.

Right which is why I thought she put the body near the house because her cell phone pings show her travelling to the A's but, turning right back around and heading back to Tony's. I had been wondering if she was checking on the body and not actually going to the house. Now I think that is exactly what she was doing.

Makes since now to me: CA statement that they got an air matrees for Kc to sleep on their floor. She just couldn't sleep in her room w/o Caylee. After the discovery of the body it tells me she was most likely killed in KC room, and Kc was of afraid of being in their afterwards i guess haunting.

Yes, I agree....it all happened close to home!!
Why do you think LE was so sure it WASN'T Caylee when LE had his discovery at Blanchard Park? Neither were the parents. In retrospect, of course....

After the 'location' of the discovery of the remains, it's clear to me now that we over complicated Caseys thinking and intelligence. She's lazy, arrogant and selfish. She didn't have an elaborate scheme of hiding the body, burning it by the airport, covering her tracks. Instead she drove down to the end of her street and threw her childs body into the woods. She didn't even take the time to hide it deeper.

What is clear is many of us gave her too much credit and over analyzed her sheme.

This song that KC would sing over and over again when she was out on bail....
YouTube - Sevendust Feat. Chris Daughtry - "The Past"
Just chillin to the bone!!! I still cry at the part of the song that says....
"I'll pray that it doesnt scream my name"
now that I know about the duct tape....:(

What makes sense to me now is the shovel. Since we heard the body was double bagged, I'm thinking she just used the shovel to lift the old bag which may have been ripping, into a newer bag, because she didn't want to touch it with her hands. She probably dipped the shovel in the pool afterwards thinking pool chemicals would get rid of any residue on the shovel. That's why it was clean when returned to the neighbor. I think she was too lazy to have dug anything. (I've seen a theory it was used to pry up the playhouse too, which is also possible.)

I agree that we over thought a lot of things done and gave KC too much credit. She must have just dumped the body there after GA made her nervous when getting his gas cans back.

I keep thinking about that time she ran out of gas on Suburban Drive and TonE had to pick her up. I now think that she may have still had Caylee in the trunk, and when she ran out of gas, while waiting for TonE to show up, she got rid of the body.

This discovery does raise a few questions, though. If she disposed of the body so close to her house, what is the explanation for those cellphone pings out by the airport? What was she doing out there? And, what was she doing at Blanchard Park that night when she was there all night?

I think the fight between KC and her mom gives the answer. Will CA give the this in exchange for immunity? Will GA change his sory about seeing them on the 16th to support this?

People who commit these kinds of crimes are not too bright. Look at David Westerfield. He abducted Danielle Van Dam from her own bedroom.....took her across the street.........molested and raped her........drove to
Silver Strand in Coronado (30 miles from his house) Drove to Glamis washes in the desert
(120 miles from Silver Strand) Then he drove to Borrego (another 100 miles) and he basically drove her all over creation and could have dumped her little body anywhere!!!

Anyhow, we searched high and low for this baby girl. The beach, desert, dunes, ocean, parks, casinos.........everywhere!!!!! He took a 650 mile round trip with Danielle, dead or alive.........we do not know, and ended up pulling off the side of the road, 26 miles from her home, and dumping her 100 feet from the road so she could be found. These criminals like to toy with normal people like YOU and ME with feelings. They get off on it!!! Casey is sitting back ordering grab bags laughing her a$$ off at anybody and everybody who has any feelings for Caylee. She is a sick twisted human being, and she feels like a movie star right now. She has no feelings for George and Cindy, or Lee. It's so obvious when they meet with her at the jail. It all makes sense to me, and I have never once been confused by Casey Anthony's actions. She feels superior right now. She is a star!!!! Why do you think she wants NOTHING to do with Cindy and George? At this point in her life she has reached her goal. The Fusion, and the dudes she slept with, the partying, and the drinking cannot even compare to the stardom she is feeling right now.

OMG

A poster on that above link said ..

Maybe cayLEE's father is ..... etc etc

But I never looked at it like that before - omg more chills ..............

(sorry for the Priscilla act LOL)

ETA and what about CAsey (initals for Cindy CA)

Yeah it seems to be a mix of their names, that really gave me chills when I first realized.

Reading all these posts, it all jells in my brain. I see a picture of Casey wanting to put Casey in the pool so her mother (CA) would find her and be shocked. Then Casey thought --no the play area was better. Then she changed her mind again. Better to have a kidnapping then I (CASEY) can be the grieving mother. No, my mother will be the grieving mother.

[(Thinking) this is all garbage, a waste. No, I will show them just how this is all garbage, the kid and the car which were never mine to begin with.]

Is this close??

What makes sense:
"She's close"
"I know .. one day .. we'll all be toghether" (in the afterlife?)
"They haven't even found the clothes yet"

what makes sense? None of it makes any sense to me....not the babysitter, not the family fight, the running out of gas etc etc.

One statement has haunted me all through this. CA on the stand in the original bond hearing where she says "There is NO evidence!" hhhhh...............

Interesting twist with the new wanting immunity. How can you ask for immunity when you haven't been charged with anything? What do you know, when did you know it, or better yet, what did you DO?
