OMG thank you for posting that momtective. :( i just cannot believe that the parents had anything to do with this at this juncture. i cannot see that mother freaking out and hiding the baby if there was an accident..and i certainly cannot see murder. that video really preyed on my emotions and i don't like getting too emotionally involved but if it turns out it was the parents..omg.

We know so very little about this case, for instance what the children are saying.

Going on what we know right now, I am guessing that DB drank a lot of wine that night, and possibly smothered the baby. Accidentally or on purpose, I don't know. DB had been showing lots of emotion when she was making appearances, and I chalk that up to nervous energy and fear. Could she have dumped the body in the dumpster and set that dumpster fire? If so, I'd think the smell would be overwhelming.

The body might be in the woods. I know authorities have combed the woods, but I was confident that they had combed every inch of the woods in the Anthony case, too.

This was my initial gut feeling as well. Don't know that that IS what happened, just saying that's where my gut initially lead me.

It seems pretty evident to me that DB loved this precious child. I'd have a VERY hard time believing she intentionally hurt Lisa. Just can't see that. No matter what angle I look at this case from.

What a precious and adorable baby girl. I wonder whose photos these were?

Unfortunately she looks like so many babies out there. I don't see how somebody can recognize her (assuming she is still alive).

The idea that they would have found the baby if she were dead makes no sense to me whatsoever. The baby is quite small and could be easily hidden anywhere. There are adults who go missing, and pretty sure they are dead, but the bodies are never found, or found years and years later. Let alone a small baby.

And it was so shocking when Caylee's remains were found less than a half mile from her home. But it took 5 months to find her.

Yes, Caylee is a prime example of child's body being really close to home but not being found for months.

I agree. At that age, it's even really easy to pass a girl off as a boy. I hope that there isn't someone out there that thinks something is off about their neighbor, brother, sister, boss, whatever, having a new son, but haven't called it in because after all, they have a boy, and the missing baby they keep hearing about is a girl.

You are right, I am just basing this on other cases. And I am sorry but I cannot remember all the names. Jessica, Celina, Zarah, Dubois, Van Dame, and I am sure more that I cannot think of. Some were found based on evidence and some based on confessions. Even the woman that drowned her two sons confessed pretty quickly. This is just my feeling. I hope I am right. jmo

Casey Anthony has never confessed to anything except "zanny the nanny took the baby." But at the trial even her lawyer claimed she knew all this time the child was dead.

This is very well-thought out. I wonder how much Nyquil or cold medicine it would take to cause the death of a baby. To expand on it, little Lisa could have grabbed the bottle herself and drank it like kool-aid.

I've tossed around the drug theory too. If either parent has a "habit", surely police have found some sign of it in the house.

That's why I want to hear more from neighbors. Did they witness rogue people coming and going from the house?

I am positive those cell phones were "taken" for a reason. DB didn't want police to see them. Do we know what phone JI used to call PD?

JI used his work cell to call police - DB took that phone with her to the police station when she went to be interviewed and LE confiscated it.

This sort of drug use isn't necessarily "habit", but more recreational. JI was going to be gone until 4:00 a.m. and maybe DB felt she needed to get a little fun in before he got home.

Thank you, but the theory wasn't all that thought out - the scenario happens every day in slightly different scenarios. We just posted ANOTHER story of a child dying by drinking methadone left around by her mother.

Remember the case of the woman whose baby girl, Shaniya Davis, was sold for drugs to her dealer boyfriend? She called her in missing. LE found video of the man taking the little girl into a hotel room, where she was killed. The mother knew, but didn't tell because she was culpable. Every day a child is abused or neglected, and many times killed, due to drugs and alcohol.

It has happened before, but it is unlikely. I think the fact that it happened so recently decreases the odds quite a bit.

She is the cutest thing! Too precious. Who could not love her?

Thank you momtective for the video link.

I don't have a fixed theory yet but I am finding it difficult to believe anybody wanted to hurt that sweet little girl on purpose.

It doesn't have to be on purpose to be punishable by some serious consequences and prison time. Which potentially could give someone a motive for cover up. Now, I have no idea what happened but there are only so many possibilities of what could have happened.

DB claims she seldom leaves the windows open. Okay, so why was the window in the computer room open this particular night, and left open while DB goes to bed? She herself says that was unusual...so why did it happen THIS night? Was she smoking something and left the window open to air out the room? Is it possible she (or someone else) might have been alittle tipsy and tried to shut the window but fell against it and pushed out the screen? Maybe tried to fix it, but couldn't? Jeremy claims he noticed the screen because he wasn't able to shut the window because the screen was pushed in. :waitasec:

I would like to completely rule out 1st degree murder in my mind, but am not quite there yet.

With Casey Anthony, the signs of being a sociopath were clearly present.

With Debbie, I don't have a lot of pre-crime behavior to evaluate. May have some issues here and there, but don't we all?

Her post-crime behavior is completely unacceptable to me and raises a red flag she is indeed a monster.

I think she is simply FREAKED OUT and SCARED. She came up with this story to hide the major mistake she made that led to Lisa's unintended death.

But for God's Sake DEBBIE, STOP THIS VICIOUS CHARADE AND TELL THE TRUTH.

MOO.

ETA: I think she is not the only one she has to cover for, and her accomplice has told her that his life as a free man depends on her keeping with this story.

Unfortunately she looks like so many babies out there. I don't see how somebody can recognize her (assuming she is still alive).

The reason I ask whose pictures is because of my situation with my best friend's grandbaby. I'm going to pick her up in about an hour, as a matter of fact. She was born 3 months early. She's my absolute heart. I took care of her for the first year practically on my own. Her mother was there, but she had little to do with her and did some neglectful things when the baby was in her care. I moved away from the city they live in, but I get the baby about once per month for a weekend or a week, like now. Every time I get the baby she has little clothes in her diaper bag (plastic grocery bag), and once she didn't have shoes on or in the bag. I always buy her clothes and shoes. She rarely brings enough diapers, so I buy those too. I have a ton of pictures of her from the weekends she is with me. She always looks happy and she's always wearing something new I bought her. She has everything a little girl her age (18 months), could want or need - and I've bought most of it. Her mother rarely takes pictures of the baby - most on her facebook are of the mother or their dogs. The last time I picked the baby up she was filthy and had a bad rash on her face and diaper area. There was medicine for it in the bag, but it had never been opened - the prescription, according to the label, had been purchased 3 weeks earlier. CPS (called by the father's mother), has visited the mother but they never find a reason to report neglect. Diaper rashes happen and babies get dirty. No big deal.

If one looked at all the pictures I have, one would think this was a happy and well cared for baby as well...so I don't lend much credence to pictures. Not saying she wasn't, or that the pictures weren't taken by DB - I just know this means little in the big picture. Then there's the happy pictures of little Caylee - and she was found triple bagged in a swamp.

I do not believe the parents are involved in this at all. 1 of 2 things happened. #1 Baby Lisa was taken for illegal adoption or #2 Someone took her for themselves. I think these parents pain is real. I truely belive the answers & the perp will be found in the phone logs of the 3 missing cell phones!!! The police need to go thru each number (if they haven't already) & they will find the kidnapper. I think the mom or dad may have had an encounter with someone that they don't even realize may be significant. Some innocent situation, like had they sold anything recently? ex: baby basinet, cradle, baby carrier, etc. or thru a membership for babies/new mommies, etc. Somebody came in contact with the parents & knew they had a little baby. The kidnapper would be a total loner, would have possible recently moved & changed phone # (that would be a red flag). This is the only logical reason the 3 cell phones would be taken. (clearly the perp forgot about phone logs) I have faith they will find baby Lisa alive & well if they look outside these grief stricken parents. Not every missing child is a Casey Anthony case. The police need to work with them not just look at them. PRAYERS PRAYERS PRAYERS

I hope you're right, that someone else wanted the baby and she is safe. They did reportedly have a garage sale I believe a week or so before Lisa's disappearance.

I just wanted to take a second to say thank you for making all the difference in this little girl's life. Bless you.

snipped.... The cell phone debacle is very suspicious. Why wouldn't JI take his personal cell to work, along with his work cell? Because DB told him to leave all of them with her, so she could transfer numbers or whatever she wanted to do? Hmmm. And it's this particular night that an "intruder" comes in and takes baby and phones? Hmmmmmmmm.
