Another question - LP was apparently interviewed on ustream yesterday and he supposedly mentioned that LE have video of KC at a hotel the night of the 15/16th...Has anyone else heard this???

Vaguely remember something about Casey being seen pacing outside a hotel around that time in June ... I think LP even mentioned it a couple of times on NG. Will see what I can find in my saved stuff.

I'm interested in June 13th, 14th, and Caseys activity on those days, I haven't seen alot on it, wonder if ya'll might know of a link with more info, maybe a timeline-type link...? Or maybe recall anything off hand...?

Did Casey go out those nights? What do we know about that weekend...BEFORE the 15th...

The word "another" in there amuses me. Did anyone else immediately think of this as the Anthony's saying "how dare ANOTHER person BESIDES US profits off Caylee" rather than "how dare another person profits off her in general??" I haven't seen them complain about anyone else "exploiting" Caylee, because it's always been generating some nice income for the family as well. But God forbid someone do something that isn't going to give the Anthony's a cut of the profit. If the company said they'd give them 15%, Cindy would be toting that doll around 24 hours a day. But I agree that anything that stops production of this doll is a good thing

Does anyone know what day and time KC made that first call home from the jail? The one where she talks to CA, Lee, and Kristina. I have been searching, but to no avail. If anyone could help me on this, I'd greatly appreciate.

Pink, Just went to the SM site & don't see anything about LP's statement about the hotel, on the 15/16th, which I find really interesting, or a 15 yr old witness.

In a word: NO

Actually we don't really know, but it was not reported and they did give out all the details of the garden search and gave evidence about it at the Bond hearing. If there had been a search inside I think we would have heard.
We have not been told what was taken into evidence in all the search Warrants, but again there has been no mention of Dog searches, so I think not.

I was rather hoping that if all else failed, they could have had a quick Dog search when they took the house over after the remains found, and did not let the A's back in when they returned from LKL. But that's just me. Personally I would have waterboarded KC after the stupid expedition to Universal.

Also, is there any evidence that LE took their original washer and dryer?

Depending on when and how they obtained a new w/d, this could be a noteworthy development.

I have not seen a recap but I would like to see one as well.

I was in the chat and I thought it was VERY interesting. As I recall, however, the motel video was something he said "might" exist. I believe someone asked the question was it true that someone had seen KC pacing in front of a motel on the 15th. LP then said (as I recall) that yes, someone had said they witnessed her pacing back and forth in front of a local motel early in the a.m. on the 16th, and that he thought LE probably had gotten the video from the surveillance cameras to verify that if it was available. My thought at the time was, well, it was at least a month after the alleged pacing, so Hard to imagine a motel would keep tapes all that time, and of course the witness had to hear about the case and come forward and have their tip followed up... I don't think that will pan out, even if she was there. Plus, it doesn't prove anything, really, and I don't think the pings will support it.

Probably someone who took some good notes on the chat should start a thread but I can tell you the other two things that I thought were most interesting. One was a firm statement that LA and the MR were connected -did not say how- and everyone will be shocked when it is revealed. Not me! Nothing can shock me anymore about this case. The other thing he said was about the Brackenwood house... he said LE knew who had sent the PIs (*and the MR*) to the wrong location near the wrong pavers 130 feet from the remains, and that same person sent the PIs to the Brackenwood house, and that same person had narrowed the crime scene to two possible spots. Basically the right one was eventually found, the wrong one is unimportant. I believe LP on this one. It's the only explanation that makes sense to me.

Two things I am still looking for that I posted earlier in this thread but are way back there now:

1. Have we ever seen the document referenced here that was allegedly filed by the defense stating "Casey's lawyers argued that if Caylee is dead that it was 'almost certainly a tragic accident'. The documents also said Caylee could've been poisoned by chloroform or she could have died while she was sedated. They said the cause of death could have been an unwitting overdose of a sedative." I would sure like to see this one.

2. Has anyone sleuthed out where the PIs were actually searching in relation to where the remains were found? Are there any landmarks which are identifiable that someone has said where they were? I mean besides Leonard Padilla?

Thanks very much. Doesn't sound like LP is expressing his normal degree of certainty, so I'll consider the new w/d issue as "questionable" for now.

Images 1 and 2, IMO, are the same girl. Look closely at the bodice of the dress and the necklace.

In the photo, Casey seems to be positioned a little further back than the girl and the photo seems slightly "tilted" which could contribute to the appearance of the girl being much taller.

The girl in photo 3 is NOT the girl in pics 1 & 2.

I agree. Number 3 is the odd one out.

What I would like to know is: what it was that LE found with Caylee's remains that led them to let it be known that they had proof her murder was intentional? The duct tape could have been applied post-mortem. Anybody think it was something else?

This is a great question! Can it be answered before KC's trial? I can see info from the computer leading them to conclude an intentional murder, but WHAT was it at the body site?
