A few questions:

Don't know why I can't find this, where is a comprehensive discussion thread about the cell phone records, i.e. identifying everyone who's on the records and discussion? Can no longer find this. Same with the text mssgs. There are a few entries on the cell records that I still don't know.

Have any cell phone records or texts been made public from before June? (I was just wondering when cell and text contact with AD stopped). Also, when did AD move out of Sawgrass exactly? Did she and RM continue at DRF after Dante quit?

What became of the white hat that was cut up and put in the A trash?

Judging from the actions of Jose Baez I wonder if he is still holding Caylees remains over C&G Anthonys head, telling them he may need the remains at a future time for examination. Does anyone have proof that the remains have been given over to the family?

I was going to ask a similar question... I would like to go back to the beginning and re-read all of the released documents but I'm having a problem finding everything. for example in the resource links I didn't see a thread for all texts released, etc...

Can you help me?

lol....for future reference the correct website is....www.docstoc.com.....no k on the end. That isn't the best place to look to read the reports though. It takes forever for my computer to load those, I just go to the doc's here or at one of the news station links....they keep a running list.

So, evidently, being under psychiatric care does effect participation in some legal proceedings. I, too, wonder if this could get him out of having to take the stand at the murder trial."

If everyone in the US who is "under psychiatric care" - ie, being seen by a psychiatrist and being prescribed medication - was excused from testifying in court, there would be lots of empty court houses!

I could see if the man is so ill that he is currently hospitalized that his appearance might be postponed, but most folks who are "under psychiatric care" are not "insane" and are capable of testifying in court.

I saw the guy (lawyer) on either JVM or NG talking about this, felt that he is full of it. He was saying things like "Well maybe he (George) would be very sleey or maybe his speech would be slurred - from taking medication"

Speech slurred and nodding off would be a sign of OVERMEDICATION and no physician would allow a situation like that to continue for any length of time. (Yes, sometimes it takes dose adjustment to get it right for a certain patient, but usually they start with a low dose and then increase it, not the other way around.)

George had a suicide attempt (as per reports) and that is related to depression. Unless he was exhibiting psychotic features along with depression (which there was no hint of) he is most likely on an anti-depressant medication at this time. Plus - PERHAPS - an antianxiety medication. IF he was experiencing anxiety. Not everyone who is depressed experiences anxiety.

Do you think its possible there is something fishy with that? Could Caylee have climed in it and died? Or could KC have put her in there?

Is there s/t with this washer/dryer?
