Because whyyyyyyyy????????? (not yelling at you, of course)
Maybe because he thinks someone who wants a baby stole Lisa?
That's what I think too.

Bill S: Mr. Furhman...ur taking great leaps.
Judge - If the front door was unlocked why climb through a window.
BS - we don't know that the door was unlocked.
What's your theory
BS: I have gone over hours with my team and friends in LE - and I enlighten them to the facts known - it can't be done (killing)
He won't speak to the dumpster fire. WHOA!!!!!
Baden saying the window (if used as point of entry) would have held a tremendous amount of forensic evidence (he's right)
Joey J - there's an undue focus on the parents. Investigation has to be broad.
Wild whatshisname: stammer stammer stutter I'm not speaking to you about the dumpster fire.
According to People Magazine Oct 31 2011 edition - "Nothing seemed normal to Jeremy Irwin when he came home from work at 3:45am on Oct 4th. For one thing, he says, the front door to his single story, three bedroom home in Kansas City Mo., was unlocked."
:waitasec: Has BS seen this yet? He's mentioned on page 50 and has a photo.

I took his statement tonight as "how do we know that the door (when the intruder got there) wan't locked (meaning DB did, in fact, lock the door)" And the intruder came through the window and went out the front door, therefore leaving it unlocked now.According to People Magazine Oct 31 2011 edition - "Nothing seemed normal to Jeremy Irwin when he came home from work at 3:45am on Oct 4th. I was taught it depends on whether the person is right- or left-handed. It's my understanding that when a right-handed person looks up and to the right...the person is lying (so I'm on the FBI agent's side on that one).http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3PAW7zjgPw&feature=youtu.be
According to this FBI agent, looking up and to the right means you are LYING, contrary to what the body language lady said on Judge Jeanine's show.
I have always heard it to be according to the FBI agent. This is because the creative side of your brain is the right side. When you lie, you go over to your right brain and create a story.

Out of almost 300 posts in here - I can only find a handful of MSM links with updates on baby Lisa.

Her program was very interesting, esp. the remarks of Tanya Reiman, the body language expert.
Mark Klaas was very perceptive, as usual, in his assessment of the situation.
Jeanine gave <Mod Snip> Joe and Investigator Bob heartburn. They did not look like happy campers.
