With the day-long misinformation about the motion for a protective order filed today it occurs to me, again, whytf is this happening? There are people all over fb, and even here, with absolutely zero knowledge of what that motion is actually about. Yet the fb posters are rabid in their mis/disinformation. At the same time, the court records are fully accessible to the media and every single person who's been down there to watch the trial, yet no one bothers to get a copy of the danged document and post the truth about it. The media and hln afterdark :::eyeroll::: could clear it up in a heartbeat, but they don't. And it isn't the first time, which is why I'm mentioning it at all.

DeMarte has a copy of the form that has the total of 15. Samuels presented a copy of one that lists 17. Juan has a copy of both now, and samuels is unable to supply the original form (not the copy) of the test that that lists 15.

Samuels simply presented the one with the 17 at court, hoping the one that he listed 15 on was gone forever- never to be asked about.
Juan's copy (from DeMarte) does not show any hole punches on it.....to be continued on Monday - with a gotcha moment I'm sure.

Creepy on so many levels. She is losing something that is more important to her than her life......her looks. She has aged so much since the TV interviews. Of course she is without fake tan, makeup, hair bleach, etc. But still, her face is not as plump & fresh as it once was. I would say now she is just average looking. Which is devastating to her. My son didn't believe it was the same person when I showed him the IE interview & then he happened to see me watching the trial one day. He said, "What trial are you watchin now?" I told him it was the same girl I showed him earlier & he said "No Way, she looks different". Well yes she does!!

IMO she has intentionally lost weight to gain sympathy from the jurors. :jail:

There seems to be a lot of mis-information going around on this issue. According to a poster (Karmandy-thank you!) who went to the courthouse and read the motion attached to the docket entry the protective order has to do with protecting sensitive information. In this case it's a motion preventing the disclosure of the detailed defense billing records that they have to submit to be compensated by the state.

Facebook has a way of cloning McNummies, that is why it is so riddled with apps and click spam b/c they know lazy people find it easier to click "share" than to Google and read the facts.

After Dark, IMHO, is nothing but a sloppily done game show, and if I was one of Travis' family or close friends, I would be appalled they are using this tasteless programming associated with his untimely death.

This is the best thing I've heard since the start of this story.I pray with all my heart this becomes law and then other countries adopt it as well. The pendulum has swung too far in the direction of defendant's rights imo. Victims and their families seem to have very few rights these days. It has sickened me to watch victims get victimized again and again during the legal phase in trial after trial. Enough! Bravo to this initiative!

I'm watching trial on youtube, with computer/photographer expert. Jodi wrote something on paper when Wilma is crossing, hands paper to Nurmi and something about Virus alert, then she seemed to go through Nurmi (Wilma actually stops and walks over to Nurmi) to make sure nude photos were not on a timer. Her lawyers kept trying to cover her lies or cover up something. Picture where Jodi said she dropped the camera, was taken off 3 feet off the ground. upright pointing the shower lights.
Sometimes, it is what Jodi stresses about what gets said or hid..is the truth. I wonder if pics were on timer now. If she mucked with Travis' computer or even if Travis told her it had a virus to keep her out. The expert said he found no virus.
