From Texmex's link:

"Prosecutors last week, in laying out their initial case against Hernandez, said Jenkins had begun speaking with investigators until receiving a phone call from Hernandez telling her to keep quiet."

"If the couple were married, Jenkins could be shielded from testifying against Hernandez at trial."

Whether Hernandez wanted to tie the knot for love or courtroom strategy, Hodgson won't have it.

"I don't subscribe to that. I feel that those rights are things that you access on the outside, if you're a good citizen," he said. "We'll do everything we can to not have that happen."

Good gawd, just when I think this kid can't get any dumber, he calls her and tells her to basically shut up? Knowing that the phone calls will be taped?

Rae Carruth is smart compared to this one. And Ray Lewis, well, he's a member of MENSA compared to AH.

If this girl has any sense, she will run as fast as she can away from him, not marry him. Good gawd.

He's not the sharpest tool in the shed is he? :banghead::banghead:

Well I guess she was his first phone call. I think he just recently received phone privileges.

from Bostonmom's link:
"Singleton was killed when the car he was driving hit a utility pole and crashed into a building at the Farmington Country Club, in Farmington, Conn., the paper reported."
"Police said the car was registered to Hernandez's uncle, Andres Valderrama, who is Singleton's father-in-law."

Info on Valderrama, here's a link from 3 days ago:

Investigators spent two hours searching through the home and garage of Hernandez's uncle, Andres Valderrama, in Bristol, Connecticut on Wednesday before leaving, reports the New Haven Register.

Investigators returned on Thursday just hours after it was reported that Hernandez may be connected to a double homicide a week before Lloyd was murdered. Authorities could be seen moving around inside, using flashlights and taking photos, but did not leave with any large evidence bags.

A silver SUV believed to be connected to the double homicide was towed from Valderrama's home Friday night. A tow truck took away the Toyota 4-Runner with Rhode Island plates that was parked in the home’s garage.

Carlos Ortiz, one of the suspects in case, was arrested at Valderrama's home on Wednesday for carrying a firearm without a license in North Attleboro on the same day as Lloyd's death and held on a $1.5 million bond. According to court paperwork, Ortiz lived at the home as well. He reportedly has a criminal record and was on probation while in possession of the gun.

This guy is just something else. Here are a few links I just found. I know that they are TMZ, but they are usually on top of things.

Punching a window isn't too smart when you make a living catching footballs.

Aaron Hernandez' fiancée called cops on him just a few months ago when he punched a window in their house, and bled all over the place ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us the incident went down at their rented home in Hermosa Beach, CA ... where Aaron and some buddies were partying from 4 PM to 9 AM.

We're told when Hernandez and Shayanna Jenkins began arguing -- because she wanted to pull the plug on the party -- Hernandez put his fist through a window.

His hand was cut badly enough that there "was blood everywhere."

We're told Jenkins called police in a last ditch effort to break up the party.

Law enforcement sources tell us cops have been to the house multiple times -- and that Hernandez "had no regard" for anyone who complained about his all-night parties.

The word neighbors keep using to describe him is ... "nightmare."

RBBM: I keep thinking he's just not the brightest crayon in the box, you know? His stupidity just keeps amazing me, and that is a pretty hard thing to do...LOL

I think he would find "nightmare" a compliment.

Another random thought I had is, Tim Tebow must have had the patience of a saint trying to help this guy out. Because AH, just doesn't seem to "get it.":scared:

I'm pretty sure AH is a psychopath, JMO

here's another possible incident involving Hernandez:

Authorities have also linked Hernandez to a May 18 fight outside a bar in Providence, R.I., that involved a gun.

A prosecutor with the Bristol County district attorney's office has said that a man who matched the description of a man seen on video with Hernandez on the night of Lloyd's slaying was seen putting a gun under a car during the Rhode Island incident.

Authorities traced that gun to a Florida gun shop.

Then following Lloyd's death, police said they recovered a .22 caliber gun about a quarter-mile from the defendant's home – a weapon authorities said was traced to the same store.

Oh, yeah. That's one of his many problems.

This guy felt bulletproof and majorly entitled. He has been given breaks, behavior excused, serious issues covered up...since he was a teen.

Oh...his father was a football hero...just forget this.

He's the star of the HS basketball team...just forget that

His big brother is the UConn QB...give his little brother a break

And finally Florida football...the untouchables...

NFL? He obviously was acting like a and could have been arrested a few times, but hey...let this domestic stuff slide...his gf won't press charges

His relationship with Hernandez had given Lloyd a glimpse of the life he'd dreamed of. Not only was Hernandez playing football for money -- for millions -- he was on the team Lloyd loved. Hernandez used to get him tickets to Patriots games. On at least one occasion, Hernandez, according to one of Lloyd's friends, had dropped $10,000 on a night of clubbing with Lloyd, and of course Lloyd couldn't believe it. Hernandez had promised Lloyd he'd fly him to California for a vacation. You've got to see Cali, he told him. Lloyd, who was working at a landscaping company, had never been there, Hodge said.

On the night of June 16, Lloyd was driving a shiny, black Chevy Suburban that Hernandez had rented for him. Hernandez, according to Hodge, told Lloyd he could keep it until Monday. Lloyd seemed always to be smiling, but his grin was even wider that weekend when he was behind the wheel of the SUV. Since he didn't have a car of his own, Lloyd pedaled his bike to work. He put a positive spin on his transportation issues, figuring the extra exercise would give him an edge on the field with the semipro Boston Bandits. But then Lloyd pulled up in the Suburban that Saturday, the night the Bandits had a scrimmage, and the team was impressed. "Nice car," they told him. Bandits assistant coach Mike Branch did a double-take. "I looked at him like, 'Odin' -- excuse my language -- 'but whose f---ing car is that?'" Branch said.

Lloyd was star-struck -- "Who wouldn't be?" Branch said -- but didn't brag about his friendship with Hernandez. They had met sometime in the past two years through Lloyd's girlfriend, Shaneah Jenkins, the sister of Hernandez's fiancée, Shayanna. When someone would ask about the football player with the $40 million contract, Lloyd simply told his friends that Hernandez was a cool guy.

Exactly, what you have posted.

Still would be required to talk if not married during commission of the crime... or that is my understanding.

In the video above, Thomas Hodson, sheriff of Bristol County, Mass., talks to "SportsCenter" about what everyday life behind bars for Aaron Hernandez is like.

"You have to keep in mind this is a guy who came from a 7,100-square foot home and is now living in a 7-foot-by-10-foot cell by himself with a toilet, a sink, a small desk and a bed."
