he told the cops he was watching them on his surveillance

police say that footage is missing from surveillance video and that he texted friends to hurry to his house (before crime supposedly took place)

2:30 picked up the victim, drove around town. Conversation, Hernandez upset, said couldn't trust the victim. Victim had said things to people at a club

Victim sent text to mother at 3:07 asking if she'd seen who he was with...

the prosecution has a lot of circumstantial video, cell tower, texting, and eyewitness evidence

I haven't heard any direct evidence yet
