I'll bet he has enjoyed his time out and knowing it's close to coming to the end. I would be totally shocked IF he isn't found guilty of many of the charges he's charged with. I'm sorry but his notoriety far exceeds what he believes is his celebrity is. Simple in my mind.. but then again, it only takes one conspiracy theorist on a jury to hang it!!

In the end it is a sad state of affairs. He could have had it all. Even if guilty on charges he wasn't going anywhere.
And I was thinking about this. Most likely AH has exhausted his financial egg. He has that little daughter even though they were not married I would imagine something has been set aside for her at least.
So my reasoning is I wonder if Baez the weasel was just doing it for a shot of fame to bolster his services and is getting paid squat?
I am glad it is coming to an end so he can go on to his next big trial.

Actually, he did have it all. Lovely home, new little daughter, beautiful fiancée who knew how to play her role, amazing talent----oh, and did I mention a 40 million dollar job? But he just couldn't control his nasty temper and/or drug use. His violent side first becomes known in 2007 when he sucker punches the employee who kicked him out of a restaurant for not paying his bill and ruptured the guys ear drum. That was settled out of court. Then he was suspected of having involvement in the shooting of some men who were stopped at a stop light and 5 shots were fired at the occupants, injuring some of them (sound familiar?)

Sounds like he surrounded himself with some questionable characters who enabled him. His arrogance and getting away with stuff didn't help.

How many people would give their right arm and left kidney to have been in his position?

Now...I wonder if they let they jury leave the courthouse for lunch/breaks? I mean if I could go run down to one of the bars on the corner in City Halll Plaza (Irish Bar would be my choice, but the dive bar works) for a "liquid lunch" might be fun for a few more days....might as well take this week off too before the Holiday Weekend...

They are not allowed to leave the court for lunch breaks once deliberations have begun. Which I think is a good rule. Too many chances for something to go sideways and end up in mistrial.

I really don't believe it will be a hung jury. Maybe they started from the bottom of the list of charges or as someone above said - will contemplate over night and give us a VERDICT (GUILTY!!) today!! We can only hope, I guess! :crossfingers:

Okay - I "should" be back by 4pm (my time); I'm off today to the Archives to look at and take pictures of my grandmother's and her sisters 1920s passports!! Looking up my ancestry here! :lookingitup: If not, I'll catch up with Travis' tweets to post, unless I "see" someone else has posted them on here!

I still feel that this jury is just being thorough in their deliberations trying to follow all those confusing instructions. Going through evidence and all the discussions takes time. The jury in his last trial took 35 hrs over six days and there was no dissension. lf they had come back quickly with a verdict, everyone would say that they were biased from the beginning and didn't take this seriously. Today may be the day, but there is a chance it can also go into tomorrow or the next day.

(I have a doctors appointment mid day, so a verdict will probably come then!!)
