I have been laying around for 2 days shooting 2 things up my nostrils. Saline and vicks. I have a really crappy head cold. That's the extent of my drug use LOL. As crazy as this crime has made me, bio dad is sending me off the charts with his endless french fry short of a happy meal bravado. Family time, breaking the case, defending RB, blame game. Keep it up there cant wait to see how your words play out in a Court of Law. What a fidiot! Pardon my rant. How are you possibly showing any respect to the Daughter you now recently claim. You dont even know all the facts any more than we do! Then again we have not been privy to "Family Time" with RB.

Grand jury decides if there's enough evidence to go to trial

Discovery is disclosing information and evidence which will be used during the trial. The prosecution will tell the defense attorneys what they have so there is time to build a defense. I believe both sides must disclose any possible witnesses to be called

"Dad" should be charged if they find that he's hiding info to protect RB. We'll see.

Thank You for responding. I still get confused as to why some go the GJ route and some dont. I guess it's up to the Prosecution? As many cases as I do follow.

When I first read that, I assumed they meant that there wasn't a box spring and that she was sleeping on a lone mattress on the floor. Re-reading now, the wording is kind of throwing me off. Was Bella on the bed, or on the mattress on the floor? If she was on the bed without the mattress, then maybe you're on to something. Poor girl.

Tonight on Deer Island, there was a vigil to honor our baby, Bella Bond. Attending the vigil were some of the members of the State Police Detective Unit assigned to Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel Conley’s Office.

The troopers brought these two bouquets of flowers along with these two hats from the state police and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. They left the hats at at the vigil, near where she was found.

The woman, Megan Fewtrell, told reporters that Bond -- who has a long record of drug and prostitution arrests -- would leave Bella with her for two-week periods.


Fewtrell claimed she contacted police twice to ask for a well-being check on Bella and her mother after she saw the composite image of Baby Doe and thought the girl looked like Bella around the eyes.


But state police and Suffolk District Attorney Daniel Conley's office denied that investigators received such a tip.


"These claims are false," said Jake Wark, a spokesman for Conley.

RB hasnt lost her parental rights .. i dont know how else to phrase that.. and while I am confident she has no money to bury Bella, i am not sure she wont get a say in where her remains are interred..JMO I believe that Bella could have a small funeral paid by the state.. i do not think that will happen.. people will be donating plots.. etc etc.. i do see that happen often.. I am not sure "mom" wont get to make that decision.. especially since she has been convicted of nothing as of yet and may not be for some time.. if ever..JMO

Nevermind, I answered my own question within that quote (too much reading today, sorry!) So she was on the bed without the mattress. Now the question is-- Why?

It's possible they just had a mattress on the floor for her with no bed frame, which isn't unheard of. Possible he could have used mattress, pillows, etc... speculating.

Laws confuse me. I know in many States if say I was in a car and remained inside yet my driver decided to shoot and kill somebody inside a gas station we stopped at I can still be charged with murder. Why not in this case????

Here is how it goes.. you are driving the getaway car. Your friend goes into the gas station with the intention of robbing it.. gets spooked and kills the attendant. You are charged with murder because you participated in a felony (driving getaway car for robbery) and a murder was committed.. murder during the commission of a felony. jmo
