My mind is now switching to bio dad. Just hypothetical thinking here.
A father hasn't met his daughter and she's almost three years old. He left because he was disgusted by RB.
ALLLLLLL the sudden he shows up and is supporting his druggie baby momma accused of murder.
Not adding up for me.

Addicts are often highly manipulative. RB, MM and bio dad are all marginal people. Looking for the next high. Looking for a way to make a buck, a score, or place to hide. Why leave Florida now (bio dad)? A fresh start? A woman who will let you back in? Working in tandem with RB to rip others off? Who knows. His bar for loving and protecting is so low that I think his relationship with RB might have been based on something that would benefit him like black mailing MM or making some kind of profit-- RB was still getting state funds.

Respectfully I disagree. Cases in point. I am in the car. I dont know the intent of the person I am with. Same as if I entered the gas station. Person I am with intends to rob and I know that but he shoots and kills. I dont know he intends to shoot and kill.How do I stop that? or is intent on my part because I chose to flee?

I followed the Aaron Hernandez case. Massachusetts has a joint venture law. So if they prove everyone involved planned the crime, they can be charged equally without proving who actually committed the crime.

Watched the arraignment from a link posted here and thank you all so much for the amazing comments, links, thoughts etc. I was just wondering if the woman who was escorted out of the courthouse today was the Godmother to baby Bella? Thanks- she was holding a stuffed duck, I believe- were they the same person?

Bio dad: After the love session at Occupy in the tent he decided that RB wasn't a good catch because of her drug habit and prostitution so he moved to Florida and married another woman even though RB was pregnant with his child. He simply could not find the time to come to Boston to meet his child and even got mad at RB when she asked for money. If godmother is dyslexic, she could have called the wrong number just as she send text to a wrong number.

But, she would have gotten a wrong number and would have known if there was a voice message or if someone answered. If no one answered and she never called back that does not equate to a real effort in helping Bella. Seems a bit questionable as to whether or not Fewtrell or Amorosa ever called even once to help Bella , imo.

Police state they have no record of any calls from her. She claimed she called and texted, but when she showed reporter this text, text was to a wrong number. I am inclined to believe that if she called, she also could have called the wrong number. Maybe she left a message at some wrong number.

mm'S LAWYER SHOWN ON necn He said that MM was told that baby was taken by DCS and since he knew rb's other 2 daughters were taken he believed her. Then a reporter asked.. "didnt he ever look in the fridge"?. Whereupon MM's lawyer said he couldm"t get into specifics of the case.

I'm thinking Rochelle is as guilty if not more guilty than Mm for the actual death of Bella. But the fridge is a great question. Did she chain the fridge door so he couldn't look in it? They were both so high on heroin neither one probably knows what really happened. Anyone here familiar with heroin and what it makes you feel like on a bender? Hallucinations, delusions, paranoid?? Why in gods name would they do that with the little girl in the house? Truth be known they probably forgot about her in the closet for days and she suffocated. They should give those two losers a lie detector just to see if either one is telling the truth but I highly doubt it.

Good point. It's very possible they only have bits and pieces in their memory of what happened to Bella.

Jean Casares on Nancy Grace just said on the air that MM's friend said to RB: Isn't it great that you are off drugs because you can get Bella back?" Her response was "No I can't, she's dead."

This was just on HLN so take with a grain of salt r.e. the paraphrasing. I'm not sure if those words were actually exchanged.
