I am still shocked that no one in the school heard anything in the bathroom when this was going on..

I suspected that it would eventually come out that he raped her. Using the timeline LE provided, PC changed clothes after the witness saw his exposed rear-end in the bathroom, so she if didn't see him changing clothes then why were his pants off? I knew that he must have raped her first. What a monster. IMO, it is now clear that the "hate" note was directed at women/girls and he is a budding serial killer/rapist and he should never be allowed out of prison. JMO, OMO, and MOO.

Is it possible he uploaded it somewhere before destroying the phone..? Some sort of cloud storage or torrent? I assume any and all SM accounts of his have been searched, but if he's been doing anything behind a proxy or on the Tor network..

If he had icloud it could have been stored automatically. They would not know it was there unless they recovered something already.

A part of me hopes that the police are not able to retrieve any images/video from the phone. I hate to think of the evil and humiliation that he captured on that phone. But I also think it would be best that this evil human being be confronted with it and forced to admit to it. It sickens me to think about what this poor woman had to endure. I suppose that any pics/vid recovered would be useful in ensuring that this monster doesnt someday regain his freedom.

The more they have the better to keep him behind bars for as long as possible. The defense will use his age to try and get sympathy in his sentence.

I do understand how you feel though.

I agree BeginnersLuck. I can very easily see this kid in 10-15 years before a parol board, or with a petition to the Governor to reduce his sentence, claiming he was so young at the time of the crime, he didnt understand, he has been reformed, blah blah blah. Maybe he gets some celebrity to advocate for him or zealous law students. And without people to stand up and show what really happened, the next thing you know, he is out on the street.

The highest court in Massachusetts Tuesday struck down down life sentences without parole for juveniles as unconstitutional, ruling that applying such sentences against minors was "strikingly similar, in many respects, to the death penalty."

The decision by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court comes one year after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that two men convicted of killings committed when they were 14 could not be sentenced to life in prison without parole. The nation's highest court said the sentences violated the "principle of proportionality, and so violate the Eighth Amendment's ban on cruel and unusual punishment."

In Massachusetts, the court ruled that "the imposition of a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole for the commission of murder in the first degree by a juvenile under the age of eighteen is disproportionate not with respect to the offense itself, but with regard to the particular offender."
