So much reasonable doubt already been provided. Just another witness for the defense. No wonder the defense only needs four (4) days to present their case. The CW already helped them along.

Unfortunately, no answers to what happened to JOK. So very sorry for his loved ones.

Paul says the formulas available would underestimate O'Keefe's speed because he says O'Keefe was not directly hit by SUV but rather side-swiped.

"The pedestrian is magically out of the realm of predictions?" Jackson asks. Jackson asks Paul about physics formulas. Paul can't recall the specific formulas. Jackson is calling into question is expertise.

Jackson: "The truth is you don't know what all these physics formulas mean?" Pauls says they were part of the classes he took.

Paul says O'Keefe's arm and shoulder took the brunt of the impact. Says the scratches on his arm were caused after the impact when the taillight was broken.

Jackson holds his arm up as he asks Paul if he accounted for the fact that the arm and the shoulder are a hinge.

He just doesn't know when to quit! It's beyond embarrassing. Such a weak case and he's flogging it as if it's a slam dunk.
