If you think there is still any possible question as to whether ANY of JOK's injuries could have possibly resulted from being hit by a motor vehicle, you need to watch Dr. Sheridan's testimony.

He was very clear that none of JOK's injuries could have been caused by being hit by a motor vehicle, and that even the head injury was not consistent with striking the ground, even if it were frozen.

This was especially apparent during Lally's cross examination, Dr. Sheridan had a compelling answer for every single suggestion.

Lally now very much appears to be considering his own life choices.

Defense attorney Alan Jackson points out that Wolfe was hired by "another agency". This agency is the Dept of Justice and the FBI. But the judge has ruled there can be no mention of the federal investigation before the jury.

Wolfe says he focused on the damage to the SUV while Rentschler focused on O'Keefe's injuries. Says they consulted with each other throughout their investigation.

Back to Sheridan, The fact that Lally continued to focus on the rest of the body doesn’t have these “bite marks” is ignorance to me.

Dogs can bite solely in one area.

Also asking if he can tell if they happened inside or outside. What???
I need a crazed look emoji right now.

Wolfe says the photos were of white, red plastic, glassHe is now criticizing the photos, there was no “stepping into the scene”, just zoomed in photos of the item.

Did you perform a reconstruction to determine in the vehicle hit OKeefe, and if the injuries were caused by a vehicle strike?
-yes

Wolfe details the taillight damage & a dent on the vehicle, but says that the rest of the car was remarkably intact

Is the damage consistent with a pedestrian strike?
-no

@BienickWCVB

Wolfe says in pedestrian collisions, there is often damage to the bumper. He saw small scratches on the bumper but not enough to be consistent with a pedestrian impact.

Wolfe says he and Rentschler did testing involving a drinking glass. Says they wanted to see if the glass was thrown at the taillight. They built an air cannon. "Yeah, it was pretty awesome," Wolfe says.

Wolfe says they did two tests: one with the glass flying at 31mph and the other at 37mph. Says the second test did damage to the taillight consistent with the damage to Read's taillight.

Wolfe says they did not test the prosecution's theory in which the taillight was broken by O'Keefe's arm while holding the glass.
