Maybe it was JOK’s phone that might have been dropped or misplaced in the snow covered driveway? I was speculating up thread as to why the plow was used to do a supposed quick scrape of the driveway? And still wonder what supposed commotion or other events might have occurred had something happened when he was dropped at the residence?

Do we know the time of the supposed snow plow of the driveway? If so, how does that time compare with all the ‘derrière dialing’ to his phone? MOO
Higgins said Albert issued an “open invitation” to the people at the bar to come back to his home on Fairview Road. When he arrived at the home, he said there was a “dusting” of snow on the ground, so he did a sweep through the driveway with his plow before parking by the mailbox.

Oh to see that sweatshirt. Answers a lot, but only a piece of it, don't know what part really, a square, was sent by Proctor I believe, to a lab, where 'it' came back with no dog dna, but pig DNA. That shirt was on the floor of the ambulance, hospital places like that it sounds.
Oh yeah forgot about the pig dna

I had heard that Jen McCabe also googled something along the lines of "How long does it take food to digest?" right after the 2:27 am search. Anyone else hear this?

Very incriminating for JM and the defense had to raise a stink and fight for access to the phone records.

"Immediately after disconnecting with 9-1-1 dispatch,"attorneys for Read say McCabe made two calls at 6:07 and 6:08 to a cellphone belonging to her sister — Albert's wife, who was also outwith the group the previous night — and deleted them from her phone. She also made an unanswered call to Albert at 6:23, which was also deleted, Read's attorneys say.

Less than a minute after that call, the lawyers also allege McCabe opened an article titled "How Long Does It Take to Digest Food,"which the defense connects with the digestion process often being used by investigators to calculate time of death.

The attorneys add that Albert and his wife "were among the first individuals to be notified that O'Keefe was lying unresponsive mere feet away on their front lawn, and in spite of being in such close proximity, made no effort to go outside and assist or otherwise investigate the emergency that was unfolding on their doorstep."

Hours later, McCabe allegedly tried to "sanitize" her phone of contact with Albert, deleting his contact information, which had been saved under "uncle brian a."

Additionally, on Feb. 1, Read's attorneys say McCabe made "a transparent (and unsuccessful) effort to conceal her own criminality and blame it on Ms. Read," telling police that after the two arrived at the scene of O'Keefe's death, "Karen then immediately yelled at [me] two times to Google, 'How long do you have to be left outside to die from hypothermia.'"

Also, does anyone know what Caitlin Albert does at the DA's office?
Caitlin is the oldest child in the family and currently works for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office in its Medicaid fraud division.

On a personal note. This down time between testimony has been good as my recall of past information is rekindled. I'm being reminded of why I believe so strongly in KR's innocence and in the existence of an elaborate cover up for murder.JMO

Of all the players in this, I feel like Proctor is the shady one. I don’t have anything to back that up just from things I’ve read.
I believe Proctor is only one of the shady characters, but so far he is the only one the prosecution has decided to sacrifice.

I'm still concerned that court orders are not communicated in a timely manner. Purposeful destruction of evidence concerns me. And it looks like it was allowed to happen.

That long. Sickened. I hope not but hope FBI gets him, just takes forever.
Is it too much to hope that the FBI has bugged BA's house, Jen McCabe's house, Proctor's house and office, and Higgins' home and office?
Possibly Lally and DA Morrissey too?
Did Lally and Morrissey tell BA and Higgins to ignore the court order to preserve their phones??

Please anyone correct me if I'm wrong but I remember in the testimony that BA came home and had to wait for BH to move the snowplow out of the driveway. BH was in the jeep at the time with the plow so it wasn't a long wait.

Mr Morrisey has some splainin' to do, regarding the claims of being the head of a compromised office. See it's not just the lazy, incompetent and look the other way Canton PD guys. Or just The State investigators being complicit in NOT INVESTIGATING, and allegedly fabricating evidence. This is some serious in your face corruption and collusion going on here. No wonder the feds are still investigating !

Oh boy, I'm starting to watch the most recent Canton Select Board Meeting.

For those who don't know, Brian Chris Albert is on the town Select Board.

Each meeting they hold, there are more and more town citizens who want to speak about their concerns regarding police actions and the board is NOT encouraging them to speak.

This last meeting, they make some interesting points regarding the police chief. The citizens want to replace the police chief. However, the board has to give her a 30-day notice if they will not renew her contract.
Her contract is up in like, 2 days. So the citizens are pointing out the police chief is about to be rehired without their input?
This is ridiculous. I haven't even watched the whole meeting yet.

Edit: see the 3:00 mark
Edit 2 Electric Bugaloo: CHRIS Albert is on the board, my error.

I believe it is Chris Albert who is on the Select Board, not Brian.

"There was absolutely no canine DNA,” Teri Kun, forensic scientist UC Davis Veterinary Lab said.

The forensic scientist said testing did uncover pig DNA. The prosecution said the samples were taken from John O'Keefe's shirt by the state police lab.

"It could be from food," Kun said.

Karen Read's defense arguing degraded or contaminated samples could have led to the results.

"I don't know anything about how they took those swabs," Kun said.
