Bradford received piece of taillight, a shaft of hair, Proctor & Bukhenik swabs, and strand of hair.

Bradford says DNA from taillight was strong match with O'Keefe but not Proctor and Bukhenik. Says hair sample did not have enough material for nuclear DNA analysis, but maybe for mitochondrial analysis.

Interested in seeing the wheel well evidence as I must have missed that. Do you have a link?
There is no wheel well evidence that I know of, just an example of how easily you could explain both head and arm injuries from the same event.

That is why I prefaced by "hypothetical and some evidence".

Due to absolutely horrible police work done by a complete idiot we are never going to know for sure what happened.

The car was driven and then towed through a blizzard, most evidence of anything was likely washed away. No close up pictures were taken of the condition of the rear of the car and the limited video we have is either poor or was altered.

Oh the impossible hair that survived the elements and many miles of travel without being affixed or super glued to the car. An absolute waste of time, effort and money. So ridiculous that the defense didn't even bother to waste their time and effort on this useless testimony. MOO

Exactly, its not a very complicated case at all. There are any number of very simple ways to explain this.

Hypothetically and backup up by some evidence: They were both very drunk. He got out of the car and kneeled to get sick or fell into the street near the curb facing so the back of his head was toward the rear of the car. She backed up and hit him going 20ish miles an hour and dragged his arm through the wheel-well as she sped off in the forward direction. This caused the injuries to his head and arm. He stumbled away to die in the cold.

She returns home and wakes up still a little drunk but realizes something happened and re-traces her steps because she left him somewhere, but can't remember exactly where, and he hasn't responded to any calls or texts. As she drives she starts to connect the dots and realizes the most likely thing is that she hit him.
The current dna specialist witness should be testifying to JO dna and bodily material in the wheel well shortly then? Just saying this scenario was not in Lally's opening so in all seriousness I doubt there is any physical evidence to support it. If JO's arm went through the wheel well there would have been visible blood and skin in the wheel well imo. JMO
