He wrote about it previously. He saw 3 suspicious men (one looked like an identikit) in the Hugo Beatty bar, attached to Estrella da Luz 2 nights previously.

An elderly man was taking videos of kids at a local theme park.

A pick-up truck sped past them as they were on their way back from The Dolphin the night 3/5.

Dolphin staff saw a man acting suspiciously using the pay phone 3/5.

Odd his statement isn’t in the files.

But I can't see any organised international people smuggling gang, whether it's paedophile or not, wanting the attention that comes from abducting an ordinary first world, loved child.

If it existed it wouldn't need to take that risk. Sadly there are refugee camps all over the world with undocumented children. There is poverty and parents wanting to sell their children. There are orphans and runaways. Then there are parents willing to let others abuse their children.

Nobody to report them, all under the radar, all relatively risk free. So why bother abducting a child that's going to be reported? Why risk blowing open any lucrative smuggling ring?

The sad story of most cases like MMs is being grabbed by an abuser for personal use then sadly killed within hours. With CBs MO, perhaps filmed and sold.

Three things about MN jump out straightaway:

1) Wearing a mask. As with the break ins involving mainly British children being assaulted in their holiday lets.
2) Evidence he sedated victims, which adds credence to the theory that MM was overpowered in this way.
3) Yet another link to the "homeless centre" / evangelical church.

I think we need a parallel timeline for MN's movements, just to compare with CB's, but as discussed previously MN's appearance and MO match a photo fit and the apparent circumstances of the MM case.

Could be, who knows.
However it wouldn't have been the first time that a first world child was abducted by perverts belonging to some ring.
We'll have to wait and see ...

These witnesses JM and family were walking from Dolphin to Estrela da Luz therefore the pickup was probably driving along Rua 25 de Abril or Rua Escola Primeria??? If only we at websleuths knew the road, the direction, the time???

From what he says they had just returned to their apartment from The Dolphin when they heard commotion 4 floors below. So sounds like they were walking on the street just before abduction was discovered. They don’t say what street but route from Dolphin to Ocean Club. I found a readable pic Of the article on Twitter but don’t know if I can post that here?

Very probable that CB had contacts in an existing ring. That he was not operating alone.
And that that ring had already existed for maaaaaany years!

Chiatos can you please give me the Australian link about those "concealed" statements. That page has many videos and also links to podcasts and I can't find that.
