I think it may not be a hole in the fence, but more like the fence doesn’t fully enclose the area.

There’s a photo at the link of this fence (my eyes aren’t that great—I had to enlarge the pic to see the green chain link fencing on the right half of the photo) and the caption reads:

“A fence 50 yards from the front door of the family's apartment that leads to a road out of the resort. Guests can easily walk around it, widening the area in which Nora could be “

(Sorry, I don’t know how to include only the photo like other posters do, so here’s the link where you can find it)

Thank you for the link. Here is the photo:

Also are the police searching all the other houses on the site? Including the owners house.

There has been no mention at all (I think) about the others tourists staying on the site. Were all others houses being occupied?

I have those questions too. We have heard nothing about how many houses were occupied and whether LE searched the whole resort thoroughly. We only heard that the owners and guests searched around the resort on the first day. o_O

Can she swim? Does she like being in or next to water? Why is she "fearful"- of whom? of what? I wish those ?s were answered. Riding a bike or doing anything that involves crossing the mid line would be difficult for her with her Dx - so being able to swim may be a no. Thanks for your input. What does " crossing the midline" mean? Does it refer to the two halves of the brain?

Thanks for your input. What does " crossing the midline" mean? Does it refer to the two halves of the brain?

"The midline is an imaginary line that runs vertically down the center of the body. A child who has trouble crossing the midline can’t perform tasks that require their right hand to perform on the left side of their body and vice versa. It’s also difficult for them to perform a task that requires both hands to work together. This is because the two sides of the brain aren’t properly communicating with one another."

I would be pretty sure that water based activities play an important part in Nora's therapies and a resort like this with infinity pools overlooking the beautiful views would be a very attractive option, not just for her, in order to be able to exercise and play whilst enjoying the support of the water, but also for the whole family to share and relax together.

In response to Elainera's question about the resort being searched: initial searches were carried out in the resort by police and fire brigade on the Sunday following Nora's disappearance.

I truly think she came downstairs to use the toilet or find her mother. I think as she came down the stairs she saw the reflection in the window (thinking it was maybe her mother) or something outside and went out. Where she went to is a mystery . I pray she is found well soon

In first public appearance, Nora’s parents say ‘terima kasih’ to Irish teen’s searchers for working on Haji holiday (VIDEO) | Malay Mail

“We want to say thank you to each and every one of you. We know you’re searching night and day for Nora.

“We see you working so hard and also praying with us and being with us.

“You have given up your time especially at a special festival time,” she said, referring to Hari Raya Haji celebrations.

Her mom is an amazing woman to be able to speak publicly. My heart breaks for her and the entire family.

Edited... Oops, Had another post attached.

Thank you!

I'm so mystified by Nora's disappearance, my mind's just going in circles now. I believe she went out the window but what happened next? All scenarios I can come up with are so sad to think about.

I hope there's a breakthrough soon.

If she just wandered off, I don't understand why it has been so hard to find her.

I guess she may have been lost in the river, in which case, it may take awhile. :(

I still want to know who else was out and about early Sunday morning. Staff is supposed to be there around 7 am, working on the pool, and preparing to serve breakfast. Didn't anyone see a young girl in her pajamas that morning?

Who else was there in the other rentals?

So the whole family arrived together at the resort from KL airport, since mum joined the rest at the airport. Therefor mum must have read Nora a bedtime story before she went to sleep? Or at least she must have tucked her in and cuddled her before going to sleep.
