Lebid is actually a Lt. with the Lee County Sheriff's Office currently. He was a detective while investigating Teresa Sievers' death in 2015.

Cross Examination by Defense now.

Roughly, what's going on in the courtroom.

Life Insurance as a reason, Lebid calls them "themes". He brought up that as one of the themes to CWW.

Questioning as to whether he recollects the conversation of JRR and the $10,000.

Did Mr. Wright agree with you that Mark and Dr. Sievers were having martial problems?

Angela Wright now being brought up. If her job in this crime was to drive around with CWW's cell phone in Missouri...

Mark's antics as a busy, almost like an attorney all cleaned up guy. Writing, making notes, flipping pages. He's a bad joke.

I think hes got ADHD or something along those lines. If I were a juror I would not be impressed with his demeanor. He comes off as indifferent, unconcerned and uncaring.

   Mummert asks Lebid what evidence there was to support that Wright went inside the home when Teresa was killed and that he didn't stay outside the home like he once said.

   Lebid is now looking at document from Metropolitan Life Insurance that was found in the shredder inside the Sievers' home.
   
   Mummert asks if he knows what type of policy it is, such as life insurance, auto insurance.

ETA: I found the .22 second video at the link above so disturbing. It doesn't appear that the jury is present yet MS walks in the courtroom free of any escort as if he's a celebrity, shakes hands with a reporter (?) and sits at the defense table. WTH?

I've been watching the trial(s) live and reading here in the evenings. Just could not miss it!

I'm not worried at all about whether or not Mark Sievers will be convicted. I honestly believe he will be. This is a good judge and I like him. His willingness to stay late if need be and keeping this trial moving along is a great attribute of his.

Mark had better enjoy dressing up every day and doodling on his little pad because pretty soon that will be IT!

I don't post very much anymore because of my eyesight but it is good to 'see' you all.
