On April 8, three men were brought before a Toronto court to face charges of weapons trafficking.

When contacted on Friday, Mathew Odlum, 27, confirmed his charge of trafficking a firearm was linked to the police's case against Millard.



"I think you might think that I'm a little more involved in this than I am," Odlum said. "We're going years back, this is from two or three years ago." Odlum said his understanding is that police allege he illegally sold a gun to Millard. When pressed for details, he quickly got off the phone, saying he wanted to speak to a lawyer.

According to court documents, Odlum is co-accused with two others — Matthew Ward-Jackson, 26, of Mississauga, and Matthew Jackson Wawrykiewicz, 28, of Aurora.

Police allege all three trafficked a gun between June 1, 2012 and July 30, 2012.

Wasn't Marty MacDougall's Harley stolen by someone driving a black truck?

The bike and trailer were taken from his back driveway in downtown Toronto in broad daylight last fall and witnesses reported seeing perhaps two men in a black truck back in and take it away.

Yes it's a Cadi. And it's at a cemetery. I would imagine it won't be long and all this stuff will go "POOF". JMO.

You know what? That Escalade seems to be missing the silver runner along the bottom and the extra silver symbol up by the mirror, and the black in the wheels (or empty space).

They are two different Cadi's. Check out the body moldings/curvatures. Wonder how many of these vehicles were stolen and have gone through a chop shop...

If he drops a client it would be because the one is an adverse party in the matter involving the other. To drop one (or walk away from both) would depend on what position each is taking when it comes to the other. If they aren't blaming each other for anything he can act for both. Weird situation but dropping one might give us a clue as to where this is headed.

I wonder if there is any substantive meaning to the number of tattooed skulls on his head, the number 14, the large grim reaper on his back, etc. or if it's all just there to convince people of something. This guy makes Smich look like a choir boy.

Thanks Arnie but I was referring to an article which came out May 2013, where DP stated himself he had met DM through mutual acquaintances/friends. Wonder if these are the same two Ann wrote about.

Paradkar, who met his client through a mutual acquaintance months ago, was named as Millard's lawyer at his very first court appearance on May 11 and has been very public, speaking regularly to the media about his client and the case.

Millard is under a court order to have no contact with two witnesses involved in the Bosma case. The identities of both men are covered by a publication ban.

Time will tell and could be DD was being honest when he said the below bold. Did DM know it wouldn't be long before MJ got caught and maybe DM believed he was throwing good money away to have DP represent him when he was representing his dude on other charges. I bet DP with stick with the big money DM. JMHO.

DP sounds like a cheap trick.....does he operate at a Tim Horton's drive thru?

Realistically it looks like the conflict has already been dealt with relating to the 2014 gun trafficking charges since they allegedly relate to DM. MWJ has a different lawyer.

In terms of the case ready for trial as long as he has the consent of both to act for both he may proceed. A conflict is not a dead end if the conflict is acknowledged and cleared by the parties.

There are also a few videos posted of MWJ driving a Mercedes. I wonder how he managed to buy or lease that? I know that you can't discriminate but he doesn't appear to be the type to go into a luxury car dealership and not raise a few alarm bells. My guess is that his transactions would all be cash based and he it doesn't sound like he had a job so I wonder how he got the car? Paid cash upfront?

Not sure but he mentions somewhere that he made a 14 track recording that he seems to be very proud of so could be the meaning of the '14' tattoo. JMO
