Watching the vid of suspect exiting home in Ca, If he broke in who the heck let him out? A child was assaulted and you show him the door? Jmo but that person (arm) closing the door should have had to answer some damn hard questions.

WTH
Somebody in that house went Madea on him (Madea from the Tyler Perry movies). “What are you doing in here? You best turn yourself around and get back out of this house and don’t let the door hit you in the rear when you leave!” Slam!

Still think it was a house party this guy attended, got a little too cozy with a young female guest (explains why no shirt) and once discovered (in bedroom with young girl) was escorted out the front door.

No one knows who's who shirtless man is.

Also explains sheriff latest statement about others being in the house as well.

Your theory is somewhat similar to the one described in the True Crime Garage episode from last week.

They purport to have some degree of inside info (though they admit it’s not ironclad)… I won’t post their exact info/theory bc it’s not MSM, but since this part is MSM now, for what it’s worth they did note from their source the presence of a male in the house before that detail was released to the public.

So, a man was at the house where a female was assaulted and it appears he escorted the suspect to the door, spoke to him and then shut the door? I just can't digest this.
The man has to know, how the other man (who left the home) looked and must be able to describe him for a wanted-poster, IMO. He probably won't be blind.
Actually Idk, why the known man in the home accompanied the stranger to the door like a dear guest? Also somehow questionable, IMO.

weird, right?!

It is weird, but it’s also probably good he did it that way, because in light of the RM murder I think there’s a good chance that if things escalated the perp might have just killed everyone in the house.

And the inability to describe him (if in fact that’s the case) is very hard to comprehend, for sure.

If it was during a party or something, the man might have been drunk or high, and it's possible that the assault was not discovered until afterwards. He may have thought he was merely escorting out an annoying party crashing stranger.

The hand escorting the perp out is a weird thing in this case. It seems like a friendly escort. Like, "Hey go home".

Seems like they could provide more of a description.
Oh well, it doesn't make much sense to us.

If this case is ever solved, we will likely find out and then it will make sense.

I agree, it certainly looks like “I’ll walk you to the door,” but I’m wondering if the guy had been explosive in the house, then maybe he had a period of calm and they walked him out gently so he wouldn’t become confrontational.

Complete speculation on my part.

I’m still having trouble seeing that arm as a man and not a child or slender female, but LE spoke to him and I didn’t, so I’ll take their word for it.

No, if it was a Madea situation he would have had not grits in his face and thrown out of the house. LOL

Not sure if Sheriff ever said "man". In the portion of the Brian Entin video I saw, the Sheriff said he misspoke when he said female's arm because it was a male's arm.
You are correct he did say, MALE, not MAN, my mistake. It looks like a very tiny, young child's arm or a very petite young adult.
I wish they'd ID this suspect ASAP and go arrest him.

Cynthia Amalfitano, a 63-year-old missing woman from Wilmington, DE was found deceased at Carousel Park in Wilmington. The PD said that they don't think the public is in danger, but they say that her death is "suspicious" and is under investigation. The manner or cause of death has not yet been released. There is probably no connection, but I thought it was interesting to note that Bel Air, MD and Wilmington, DE are only 48.5 miles apart via I-95. Apparently Carousel Park, like the Ma & Pa Trail, is an area frequented by families.

When I hear "The PD said that they don't think the public is in danger," I disregard it. Until they catch the murderer you have no idea if it's a serial killer or a domestic violence situation either best to stay on your toes. Be EXTRA CAUTIOUS hiking, and jogging alone! Don't wear earbuds or headphones especially while alone. Jog with a large DOG and/oror go in groups.

Our perp perhaps?

IMO, his data have to be in CODIS, but maybe, we (public) aren't told immediately?

@FromGermany1 what does this have to do with Rachel's case?

Not the same guy.
Also, he's on parole. (Released from prison in Oct 22)

Odds are, he may not have been able to get to LA and what would he be doing in that particular neighborhood in LA?

His DNA is already in CODIS.
