Wrongful death suit, police probe linger in disappearance of Ayla Reynolds 12 years later

Trista Reynolds is pressing forward with a civil lawsuit against the father of her child and two of his family members, claiming they should be held responsible for Ayla's death in 2011.

I've always felt there's no way any adult in the house that night doesn't know how so much of Ayla's blood got spread around and cleaned-up. They would all know at least who was responsible. And it is the parent's responsibility (her father's, in this case) to know who cleaned up that much blood from his own small child in his own home.

So I hope the civil suit is successful.
