Looks like there are several beer pong possibilities in Rochester/Rochester Hills. Wonder which one SG frequented?

I think I mentioned it before but I wrestled with calling in. I didn't want to be paranoid and overreacting. I checked in with my friend who I was on the phone with before I called to make sure I wasn't exaggerating anything. I told the police that too, the last thing I wanted to do was waste their time. It's a weird feeling to think you may have seen something that could be important but you just don't know.

I get that. I've had friends tell me I'm being paranoid when I was uncomfortable with some people in my apartment complex. The police ended up coming (I guess another neighbor called) and arresting the guy. At least you and your friends were on top of it this time!

I'd think he would have called LE after hearing a woman from there was missing.
And knowing the guy u helped out was being investigated.
Just a thought.

Well if he wanted to protect his buddy, he might not go to the police.

I don't know the post I was responding to said he maybe did t know he thought he was just picking up a friend. But after all that has happened I'd think the guy would say something as to not get charged with something.

Can you provide a link for this? I don't see it on FDSFB. Wonder where they play in Rochester (where I live)?

Their regular meeting spot is MISlinger, which is actually located in Livonia at 11791 Farmington RD. They meet on Mondays and Thursday.

There was a championship event held there on December 3rd, the day after Danielle was last seen, and I actually have a photo (a screenshot) of the SG playing that day. Signup started at 11:30 AM. I'm not sure what time the photo was taken, though the entrance to the place can be seen in the photo and it looks light outside.

The above info may not be allowed here, and if so, please delete. While I trust that LE is doing absolutely everything they can to bring Danielle home, I am just very, very frustrated with this whole situation at this point. Very pleased to see Mr. Stislicki saying something about the local beer pong community. Perhaps something has transpired in the last couple of days (e.g., forensic lab results coming back) to confirm LE's suspicion regarding the SG, and maybe that is why he finally did that, as I cannot think of one single instance in which anything regarding the SB in particular has been mentioned by him or on the FDSFB up until now. Or perhaps he is simply frustrated; it has been ten weeks after all.

If the SG is not involved at all -which is entirely possible as anything is possible-, I will gladly eat my words. I also believe it is most prudent for anyone who is accused of any crime to retain a competent attorney and do as advised, so as to make sure that the person's right to fair trial is fully respected. This is only hypothetical as I have never been accused of committing a crime, but I am fairly certain if I were involved in any sort of crime, I would speak up (still with an attorney present). And to me personally, anyone who won't come forward -again if guilty- is a sociopath.

If SG had a friend that helped him out, it's very possible he/she/they have already reported what they know to LE. Unfortunately, I think it may be such a small piece of the puzzle and still not enough to make an arrest. Their knowledge could place SG with DS or place SG at IGA, but LE may already have footage confirming they were together and SG could always say something happened after he and DS parted ways. I've no doubt LE has testimony from many close to DS and SG. Hopefully, when the lab testing is complete and these pieces give a better picture of what occurred, an arrest(s) can be made. JMO

Dani's dad is asking Beer Pong players from Royal Oak, Bay City, Berkley, Rochester, Livonia, Ferndale to speak up.

I wonder if any help that SG Might have gotten could have been from a fellow beer pong player.

These are the exact people I'm wondering about as well. A couple in particular, but man..you'd hope that if someone knew something was amiss with SG that day (or any other player for that matter) that they would speak up. The fact that no one has, leads me to believe there was nothing amiss, or it appeared that way. I mean, we're not talking about a bunch of hardened criminals here, these are just a bunch of regular 20/30 something guys who play a pretty juvenile game a few times a month for fun. The whole things is weird.
Where is she? Somebody knows something, they have to. This just breaks my heart, for her and for her family. I cannot even imagine.

What if the forensics. Is in and there was nothing?
I don't think they tell the public

I wonder I'd DS and her friend went to these beer pong things?

I don't think they would, either, and based on the results, if they are fairly certain SG had no part in Danielle's disappearance, then they can at least stop wasting their precious resources on the wrong person, and SG can go on with his life. He already has more than enough on his plate at home.

Hi, all. I just discovered this thread is back up and running, and I'm trying to get caught up. I did want to make note of a few things I've read so far.

1. Someone mentioned that LE must wait three days to file a missing persons report. The time frame in which reports are filed not only depends on the police department handling the case's policies, but also the matter in which police think the person in question went missing. Typically it's 24-72 hours, but a report can be filed immediately if LE suspect foul play. In Dani's case, she was reported missing around 24 hours after she was last seen, so regardless of whether the police believed she was a victim of a crime right away doesn't really matter, as it was reported in that 24 hour time frame.

2. In response to a post about DS' friend's text messages shown to a local media outlet, the media does not need to gain permission from the police to report things. If I remember correctly, the reporter asked DS' friend at the Redford vigil about the text messages, and the friend willingly showed the camera her last texts with DS. Reporters don't need permission of the police to report anything, but mostly act of out courtesy to the integrity of the investigation when reporting things as to not jeopardize police efforts. For example, if Joe Schmoe tells a reporter that he saw police raid the Berkley house, the reporter does not need permission from LE to print a quote from Schmoe about the raid. They can, however, ask police to confirm this and print their response along with Schmoe's comments.

I also think the timeline would be tight, as AA said her encounter was around 6:00 p.m.. The only other odd occurrence I remember seeing was rumor of someone claiming that DS pulled into a gated apartment complex just prior to reaching her own. Again, it is rumor. But if it checked out with LE, maybe the initial plan was for the SG to go back to DS's apartment and leave her vehicle there immediately upon leaving ML and planned to have a friend meet him there. If DS was scared or trying to alert someone by pulling into another location, it could have derailed the SG's attempt to take DS quietly from her complex and he could've forced her to drive directly to his home instead. I'm not saying this possibility has much weight, just throwing it out as a scenario to tie in with AA's reported encounter. All MOO.

Actually someone said it looked like Danielle. No one ever stated it was Danielle. It would be more accurate to say "there was a rumor that a person that looked like Danielle pulled into the apartment complex right before her own."

You are correct, it was a person who looked like DS in a vehicle that also looked like DS's.

For all we know, the mysterious person could've been interviewed by police already. Or he genuinely could have just been a strange odd duck who was lost and gave off creepy vibes.

On the find Dani Facebook page ( in the comments) someone asks about the mattress that was taken from the home searched. The administrator of that page ( family) replied by saying that police where building their case so it sticks. From that statement, it confirmed what I had already felt. If SG was not involved at all then why would they need to build a case so it will stick?

Didn't her mom ask for ppl to think if they saw her distraught driving? Something along those lines? Driving g erratically?

If DS was being forced to drive somewhere and she felt like her life was being threatened by someone in the car with her. Then why not purposely get into a small fender bender....pretend to pass out at the wheel...etc
That would get peoples attention (witnesses) and have police on sight in minutes. Enough to thwart any plan the perp had.
