i have wondered how he was able to overtake Danielle
i have thought she knew him as the security guard where
she worked- did he somehow lure her into his car? did she
trust him and had no fear of him? I have no idea and just wonder
how he was able to take her and do her harm.

Having followed the case and seen several interviews with Dani's mom, Ann Stislicki, I think that FG was well-known, respected, and trusted by many people who worked in the building where he was a security guard. FG was known to escort employees to their vehicles in the parking lot and had, quite possibly, walked Dani to her car at the Met-Life building at various times. Dani trusted FG and had no reason to suspect that he wasn't trustworthy when he told her that his car wouldn't start. As an innately helpful and kind person, Dani didn't realize that she was walking into a death trap.

Deleted - double post.

Thank you. Yes I saw that March 4th post by Danielle's Father. I'm looking for the docketed arraignment scheduled for March 6th. It's 5 minutes to 5pm est, so, i expected it to be scheduled before the office closes.

March 4 - literally, "march forth". In this case, go forward with justice for Dani!

Wednesday, March 6th:
*Arraignment Hearing – (@ 11:30am ET) - MI - Danielle “Dani” Stislicki (28) (Dec. 2, 2016, Southfield, not found) - *Floyd Russell Galloway, Jr. (30/now 33) charged (3/4/19) with 1st degree premeditated murder.
POI in Dani's case (rape case/not Dani); Charged with kidnapping, assault with intent to commit sexual penetration, assault with intent to commit strangulation, and assault with intent to commit murder re assault in Hines Park on Sept, 2016. $350K Bond. GPS tether & to remain on house arrest @ his parents' house. Plead not guilty, did not take deal offered.
On 11/21/17 took plea deal & plead guilty to all charges.

Prosecutor's office was offering Galloway a deal to serve 15-35 years in prison if he pleads guilty to the first three charges. If he accepts the deal, the assault with intent to murder charge would be dropped. Circuit Judge Mark Slavens scheduled a special pre-trial hearing for 9 a.m. Nov. 10 in his courtroom in the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice in downtown Detroit to allow Galloway to consider the deal before his trial is scheduled to begin. Galloway's jury trial is scheduled to begin Nov. 29 in Slavens's courtroom. He remains locked up on a $350,000 cash or surety bond, which was reduced earlier this month, in the Wayne County Jail. 11/21 update: a FG took plea deal and pled guilty to all charges, expect 16+ years in prison; 12/8 sentenced to 16-35 years in prison.
3/4/19 Update: State charges Galloway with 1st degree premeditated murder. Arraignment scheduled for 3/6.

I think I'll turn on the Detroit News channel as well due to late start they may carry it live.
