not a hate crime here but not surprised at the constant use of the race of each of the perp and victim. Regardless of the race of either, this was intentional and wrong. Period.

You're welcome, my friend. DH and I have lived in Rochester Hills for nearly 26 years after having lived in Troy for 19 years. The Ziegler incident is a blemish on an otherwise wonderful city in Michigan that is among the nation's "most liveable".
