This is the only Roy Smith I could find in Monroe. Not much in the way of details here, though.

that is the same one (roy lee) that I found... states his current addy as incarcerated so that must mean the reporting was accurate... that he is in custody...

and includes sex acts with a child older than age 13 but younger than 16!

In the comments section of an article on clickondetroit.com, there is an awful rumor floating around about a letter written by Jennifer to Kennedy. I don't want to post it, because it's a rumor and because (if true) it's awful, but you could find it there pretty easily if you wanted to.

If they are trying to learn more about her and her daughter's lives - maybe they should be asking the grandmother. After all Jennifer has only been in this picture for about 4-5 months. What the hell was the grandmother doing? Did CPS approve of Jennifer babysitting while the grandmother was at work? I understand it is a difficult situation to be in - between your child and your grandchild. BUT Jennifer did not have custody for a reason and I believe the reason goes beyond her being in jail or custody would have been restored upon Jennifer's release.
