Quick crete has regular concrete and one with quick set (maybe more). Can set up very fast. Redi mix usually is out of a concrete truck or you can buy it in small trailer for home use. Redi mix sets up fast but not as fast as quick crete.

There are many brand names for the same stuff.

Well, my husband is a contractor but we do not sell supplies or anything to the public.

It's a cement contractor. They install concrete, they don't sell it.

Where I'm from, the cement contractor pours the concrete. Cement "finisher contractors" do just that, "finish" the cement. But, perhaps that is just here..........

In response to the turkey (sorry didn't catch his name) who said that SO's/pedophiles are ill on NG this evening and than Nancy pointed out to him that at that moment there was a child's body pulling recovered . . . here's my response; If they're sick (and alot of RSO's use that claim as well) and they're illness places the public (especially children) in danger than we must do with them what we would do any sick individual whose illness is a risk to others - QUARANTINE THEM!!! JMOO

I've been reading here with such a heavy heart. Another child... another awful death. I pray little Nevaeh is at peace.

I also hope for enough evidence to put the perp(s) behind bars forever. I hope her neglectful, felon mother is made to pay for her neglect of this child.

My heart also goes out to her father.

Whomever did this was so stoopid (not to mention crazy as a loon). The encasement of the body should preserve plenty of evidence. We'll soon find out how she died, if she was molested, and who the perp is. I'm sure he/she left plenty of evidence on the body.

Sorry to sound so clinical - it's the only way I can detach myself from my emotions right now. Truthfully, my heart is just crying....

Well this is just so sad. It does hit you hard. Such a beautiful girl. Whoever has done this I can't express the despise I have for them.

Carrying a child incased in cement, would cause someone or someones to possible get cut. I heard about the blood in the RSO's motel room not being Nevaeh's, but the other girlfriend and his. Hell, try carrying two cynder blocks in your arms. Just a thought.

Do they take photos when they book someone?

Sure is...I read that LE questioned three SO's in the area and this guys name was not included..hopefully they are looking at this SO too. I have a feeling, with the cement involved, that this crime will be solved soon...for Nevaeh and other children, I hope this is the case.

I have a feeling that LE knows exactly what happened, they're just gathering evidence before saying anything. At least that's my hope.
