Born in Guadulajara, Mexico 11-13-1986

5'9", 160 pounds, Black hair, Brown eyes

Scars and Marks: Laurean has a tattoo of a phoenix rising from the ashes on his left upper arm, and a large tattoo, possibly of a human skull layered over another image, on his right upper arm. Laurean also has a small mole on the left side of his face between his lower lip and his chin.

Remarks: Laurean has been a naturalized United States citizen since 2003. He is a United States Marine Corps Corporal who was assigned to Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, when he apparently fled from North Carolina during the early morning hours of January 11, 2008.

Aliases: Cesar Gudino, Cesar Sanchez, Cesar Armando Laurean-Ramirez, Armando Ramirez

Has anyone heard ANY information yet today?! I realize the coverage is being taken over by the death of Heath L. and the horrible weather in Cali...but I have not seen anything on Cesar Laurean or the case.

And the majority of the middle class owns several tvs and have cable access. Cable is very big here in Central America, and most people try to speak and understand English, so they very often watch the news and other programs as practice.

So I am hoping that 's face will become familiar to Mexicans and that 25 K reward will entice someone to turn him in. Believe me, 25 thousand $ is a lot of money in Central America ! It is up to LE and the FBI to distribute wanted posters and keep this fresh. We just have to be patient and keep praying.

I know in my heart that justice will be done for Maria and Gabrielle.

Tnx Tica Mom. Spanish language TV is a multibillion dollar business south of the border. Hopefully CL's face will flash across their TVs. I'll bet they have shows that are similar to AMW in Mexico.
 
I wish we could figure out who the man is in the video with Cesar at Lowes. I would love to know!!

The indictment states Laurean forced Lauterbach to remove money from her bank account on Dec. 14, the same day authorities believe he killed her.

Wow - When I first heard the "robbery with a dangerous weapon" charge, I thought it was an extra charge based on the crow-bar and perhaps some evidence he took cash that we know was taken out of the ATM. However, Fox reports form the GJ indictment, "Laurean forced Lauterbach to remove money from her bank account on Dec. 14."

Must have been some evidence of CL in background in that first ATM video. This is surely one reason they changed death from 15th to 14th.

Poor Girl, it seems it was as many proposed here.

Thanks. I could not view the video, but reread the article and noted that the attendant stated that he believed she was alone. LE must have some evidence she was not alone at 420pm at the ATM and I would assume she was not alone at 5pm. Unless it was not her - but the timeline is very tight for a hasty dress-up pregnant by Xtina (unless whole thing was totally preplanned - doubtful). Would love to know what the "plan" that supposedly went bad was...

So would I ! I would so like it if one of the news crews finds out his identity and then interviews him about 's demeanor on that day, how he actually helped , if he had any suspicions on why was going to do landscaping in the middle of winter, etc. Inquiring minds want to know !

Maybe between Le and the FBI, they gave it to a tech specialist.
At least I would do that. Then circulate the picture around the base.
Who knows they could have his identity already and not say spit about it.

I believe LE knows who he is; they have interviewed him and do not consider him involved in any of the crimes against Maria. I believe it was the SO Captain that said he was an old friend of Cesar and that they go "way back."

I just think it's the public who hasn't learned of his name yet.

I apologize if you already knew that and I misunderstood your post.
 
Yes and then the HORRIBLE job he did.. a ugly hole in the middle of your yard in the middle of winter? I am surprised the neighbors didn't poke their head over the fence and question him. If my neighbor was doing that I would. I would be like what the heck are you doing? Are you drunk?

There was never a plan. That is what CL wrote in the note. Any thing that came from CL I would not trust as far as can throw an Elephant:crazy:
