He probably would want to stay "on the fence" in case he could be wrong. Better to do nothing than to risk being wrong, you know.

Christine is a pretty girl. I am still perplexed about this entire situation. Because no one seemed to believe her about the rape, could Maria have pretended to befriend her rapist and was secretly taping him to try to get him to admit what he had done? Or, could she have been telling him that the baby was his and that everyone would know it as soon as he was born because of DNA testing? Or, could she have gone out with him thinking that he was separated? Maybe, he told her to get a bus ticket to El Paso and that he would meet her there. Instead, he murdered her??

Anyway, how could the guy bury her in his own backyard without anyone noticing??
 
That was my thought Nana - How in the World has she been in his back yard this whole time and no one know. Would a missing girl not be enough to get a search warrant for the man accused of raping her?!?!

How could NO ONE in the neighborhood NOT know he was burning a body?! The stench would be horrific! Besides...people don't just burn things in their backyards if it isn't on a grill!!
 
Hmmmm Baker just pointed out he could have burned her somewhere else and then buried her there. Guess so.

NG is going to be so angry seeing as she just had babies. Not that she normally wouldn't be, but this will light her fire like no other.

I can't believe this is still on the run. I hope he shoots himself and spares us a big trial.

It sure does. Even if she killed herself, what happened to calling the police. Who in their right mind burns and buries a pregnant woman (other than Bobby Cutts and good ol' Myisha).

Yeah right. That sounds like the letter Drew Peterson got stating that Staci was seen grocery shopping.
 
Yeah, it makes no sense and i havent heard anything else about that either.

And now I am wondering. Has he been to Iraq? IF he has, I wonder if he will use the whole "emotional distress" or some sort of defense like that ... when caught.

**please note that i am not down playing and cant imagine what the soldiers have been through. However, to get out of the situation at hand, or off easier it would be an "out" for him....
