Is she going to add creepin around in the middle of the night?

Livesay says when the truck came back through, not another phone call was made. #MoorerTrial #HeatherElvis

ETA: That is what would pretty much put the nail in the coffin for me.

Ooooh. Great point that definition of kidnapping is luring someone away.

Key point not to focus on murder or anything. Kidnapping happened as soon as he lured her away with the lies about leaving his wife.

How long does SC give each for closing and is State allowed to save time to go again after defense?

inveigle - persuade (someone) to do something by means of deception or flattery.

"By 3:41, her phone is dead and gone." - Livesay

"...that kidnapping started at 1.30...when he lured her away"

"this was thought out"

"he lured her away and he took her"

"and after that everyday was spent covering it up"

- Livesay

"Solicitor, let's wrap it up, please. Thank you." <--There it goes.

The judge just asked the state to wrap up its closing argument. It's been going for over an hour.

Livesay tells the jurors the last time Elvis' phone registered any signal was at 3:42 a.m., on Dec. 18, 2013. It was just over 20 minutes later, at 4:05 a.m., that a police officer on patrol saw her car at Peachtree Boat Landing.
If LE had just been a few minutes earlier... HE would still here.

OMG.

Judge pulled it again. He wouldn't let her show the jury a presentation she had prepared. Good Grief Judge.
