You are so right...They would never say they are "satisfied" .

My son is a PI and also highly certified in Poloygraphs.
He has his own business, I also have a son that is a Sargent in a County that also helped in some of the searches for HC.

They both agree that something is not right about the time line..and the statements have been made.

Bold by me and totally agree!

Check this out....the video is good. Looks like it's right in line with the Misty/polygraph/inconsistent stories. This is from First Coast News--the reporter spoke to LE spokesperson after the Today Show with R & M....very interesting.

In this article from Palatka Daily News, a different LE representative reports similar concerns regarding Misty's recollection of events prior to Haleigh going missing.

She referred to him being rude and yelling at her, IIRC. Just saying...this is not neccessary, imo.

Yes, that's what she claimed about this guys' behavior. But what about how Ron reacted to her during the 911 call? Didn't she consider his words as "rude?"
just asking.

I seriously suggest since Ron and Misty are NOW one that he contact a lawyer on his bride's behalf. Seems she hasn't accomplished the art of perfecting the lies as well as he has been able to do.

Did you see his arrogance when he replied "I don't know, I was at work" completely inappropriately to a question about if he thought Junior told Crystal about the black clothed man!!! That was a ridiculous answer and his flippant head up was too. LOL - he wasn't at work when Junior supposedly told Crystal that. Marriage must have him stressed out!!:D

Radio, I don't believe it's the marriage that has him stressed out..He doesn't even seem too stressed that his child is missing..

IMHO...I believe he thinks he has outsmarted LE...My opinion is based on his total arrogance in reference to all this.

It looks to me as though this is Ron's standard answer to any question - I was at work. Misty's standard answer is - I washed her ugh my ugh the blankets and I saw a 3. I hate to think this but maybe she doesn't know how to tell time.

His..."I don't know, I was at work" and her "blanket stories", that she can't seem to get straight are beginning to sound like a "BROKEN RECORD"

PUTNAM COUNTY, FL -- After Ronald Cummings and his new wife, Misty Croslin Cummings, appeared on The Today Show Friday morning, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office commented on what was said.
For the first time, investigators mentioned their concerns about inconsistencies with Misty Cummings' story about what happened the night 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings disappeared.

Captain Dick Schauland confirmed Friday morning that investigators do have concerns about the timeline Misty has provided.

Schauland told First Coast News, "What happened during that eight-hour time period from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. when she found the child missing and what occurred during that time is what [investigators] are trying to straighten out."
On The Today Show interview, Misty agreed there were inconsistencies but could not explain why.

Misty also said she felt like she was not a suspect. Ronald Cummings supported her and explained one of the lead detectives told him Misty was not a suspect in Haleigh's disappearance.

When asked if Misty Cummings was a suspect, Captain Schauland told First Coast News Friday, "I would not list Misty as a suspect. We just want to get the timeline straightened out. Our most important thing is finding Haleigh. That's more important than anything else. And Misty's the key to that."

Misty also mentioned on The Today Show that she had taken a polygraph and that she was told she passed it.Just a couple hours later, Capt. Schauland said the agency was not releasing any information involving the polygraphs. He has said this many times. He did say however, that people who take polygraphs are "normally not told weather they pass or didn't pass."
He added, "I'm not talking about this case; I'm talking about polygraphs in general, but usually there's a line of questioning and it either shows deception or to be inconclusive on question one, two or three. But it really isn't a pass or fail thing."

Old news.

Haleigh Cummings' new stepmother has not been cleared as a suspect in the 5-year-old's disappearance last month, a senior sheriff's official says.

I wonder how this will affect her mental state. There is a contrast in her demeanor. She looked like a happy bride showing off her ring and in the wedding footage they showed on the Today show but there was nothing of that left when she was on the couch next to her husband. They both looked very grim and detached from each other and she seemed to be scared and helpless when she had no answers.

The only thing that worries me is if we all keep investigating only the immediate family, we could be missing something altogether. This is why I thought the mudslinging should stop on the other thread...b/c sooo much more can be accomplished if everyone that's directly involved with Haleigh's family could just set aside their differences and share what they know. Please don't view me as being callous everyone, but don't ya think alot more could be accomplished if the fights were just delayed until after Haleigh is found? Heck, I'm thinking it could get heated with discussions amongst the families and close friends, but imagine the info that could be brought to light. It only takes one little thread or inkling of an idea to figure everything out. I think it's important to look at all sides through a glass window...instead of tinted. I withoutadoubt appreciate the fact that we hear from both sides. The biggest complaint I have right now is that I do NOT believe Misty or Ron should be saying they passed the poly b/c everyone I know in LE would never even use those words together with regards to a poly. They would simply say they are satisfied...or they require further questioning. Ask your son. He'll probably say the same thing. I really don't think Ron did anything, as his time was verified at work, but Misty could be somewhat inadvertently involved...maybe. I was honestly thinking she stepped out and that's when Haleigh became missing...but I go back and forth with those thoughts. One thing I do believe is that Misty is no angel. She might have had some yucky things happen to her in her past, but she still appears to have done some things that are highly questionable to say the least. I'm not a Misty fan. I personally don't think people should use their past as an excuse to be less of a go-getter...in fact, I think our past should help us to grow stronger and smarter. JMHO and all that good stuff...:blowkiss: Jersey

Exactly what we've said since the beginning!

Haleigh Cummings' new stepmother has not been cleared as a suspect in the 5-year-old's disappearance last month, a senior sheriff's official says.

Maj. Gary Bowling also said Misty Croslin's inability on national television Friday to clear up inconsistent answers was what detectives have faced for weeks.

"Our interviews with her have been pretty much like what you saw on the "Today Show," Bowling said. "We've confronted her with her inconsistencies and America got a sample of our interviews with her."

Bowling also disputed Croslin's assertion on TV that she wasn't a suspect.

This pretty much shows which way LE is leaning.

Depending on which article you read, it is no wonder people involved are saying different things.

1. Misty is not considered a suspect
2. We have not cleared Misty as a suspect
3. The entire world is a suspect
4. We are satisfied with Misty and Rons poly test

They should of stuck with the original no one has been cleared of anything.

We are getting different news as the story progresses. As someone else said, this latest statement by LE, is throwing down the proverbial gauntlet. I think we will see alot of movement now. LE has tipped their hat.
