yep, another reference to trash. I dont agree with above poster that Rons comment about taking out the trash had anything to do with who took his kid. It seems like he was out of it at the time and he distinctly said "Ill take out the trash when its time"...like a man does when hes being nagged about taking out the trash!

My take on "taking the trash out". Ron meant that he was going to take care of the piece of trash who took his daughter. That term is widely used here when someone means to make someone "sleep with the fishes". Ron's statement did not mean anything about taking out garbage, believe me.

What has me curious regarding Misty & her cousin J.O. if he was at the home and he supposedly took the gun....their words not mine......and it was later found in a nearby ditch...what would be the point in someone taking a gun and later ditching it?

It just has me curious, anyone have any insight on this?

any armed robberies or gunshot victims during his stay??

Casey didn't either. She wasn't questioned many times at all, I think only what twice? However, even in front of the people she knew best, she never crumbled. I think there are just some who will take it to their grave.
JMHO, Misty seems cold and defiant.

Casey is a sociopath with homocidal tendencies, that lawyered up after spewing enough lies to sink the titanic twice. I don't think there is any comparison here. Misti is young and immature I can't say she is not unlike a lot of girls I have hired in the past to watch my children. Granted, after learning about certain aspects in her life I would not have her back to take care of my children but that would be my choice. Ronald's choice was different and he decided it was okay. The bed is made.

That is true, however, I understood they did that in the beginning..yet still kept going back to Misty and questioning and giving her other polygraph tests..
They still continue going back to her.

This says it all in my book. Something about her story or stories doesn't sit well with LE.

Ron says that is not true, yet Misty says it is. Ron's mother said it was true. I can't help but wonder if this was just something Misty was telling people, to go along with her lack of trust in the cousin to possibly cover for something else.

Misty is still with Ron. In this video it shows her from today going into the RV.

I saw that video, and it shows Misty going into the RV. It was taken sometime yesterday. But, she may not be staying/sleeping there. She may have been visiting and going to her parents home for the night.

I have a theory: the cousin was warned that Ron knew that he had taken it and was on the way to retrieve his gun and he simply ran out and threw it into the ditch so that Ron would not catch him with it.

I've seen Misty's comments on someone who is her "friend" on myspace that shines a completely different light on her from where I sit.

She's not all "innocence and light".

I agree! When I saw those comments, my first thought was that Misty is a very vindictive person who takes pleasure in hurting people.

Off Topic: They knew the facts of case were heading in a specific direction and stayed on top of things. Finding a body did not precede a charge or a Suspect.

I brought that up earlier today radio. I didn't figure anyone read it much. I say we look at the root of the problem. The root of the problem about Misty living with RC would be her parents allowing her do so.

So if they want to charge RC for a crime then her parents need to be held accountable too.

I also do not know if Misty was involved~directly or indirectly with Haleigh's disappearance. I am not ready to exclude her from the multiple theories that run through my head on any given day

This is my first post today-I was watiting to see if anyone else mentioned it and finally someone did! MISTY HAS BEEN CLEARED. I thought I saw it very briefly on NG last night. They were running it across the bottom of tv screen. Someone posted a link to it on the "Todays Current News" thread.
