what if he is buried in the ground underneath the wood pile? I have a terrible feeling DR knows who did it and where he is.

How did DR know Jacob wasn't buried in the gravel pit when at the same time he said he could have been? He wrote it off as animal bones and clothing.

Does anyone know? Did the dogs hit on the pit?

Google search- Are bones identifiable-a result-

Daniel never returned home and her decomposing body was found six months later near Lake Mann, about four miles from where she got into the car, the Orlando Sentinel reports. However, it would take nearly four decades to identify her body due to a lack of technology.

The current state of some of the items taken in the third search of the farm are waiting for advancement in technology. With a POI on the side.

No bones taken from the Rassier farm. Nothing to identify.

Most of the public thinks nothing was found. They don't know that DR is really still a poi, they don't know items could still be tested later with advancements in technology. I convinced yet more people of this today, my mom and dad. The truth is going to come out, but I don't know when.

Another priest, not responsible

A caller asked Stearns County authorities in 2002 to look into Eckroth’s whereabouts in October of 1989, which is when Jacob Wetterling went missing.

Det. Pam Jensen wrote in May to request a list of names of all Abbey priests on restrictions. According to the memo, Eckroth was recovering from a hip replacement and was down in the Bahamas in October 1989.

One to cross off the list

Do you have documentation for that?

Nope. But I'm guessing you have no documentation that bones were taken. But, I would heavily assume that if bones were involved, there would be more LE interest.

Could it be that there are bone fragments but no info available at this time? They are waiting for advances in technology?

CONCLUSION

In ancient specimens, that is, archaeological remains, the quantitative and qualitative differences in results are attributed to the respective prevalence of environmental factors or to the storage conditions. Brief storage at room temperature does not affect the amount of amplifiable DNA, but affects the reproducibility of the results. Storage for long periods in an unfrozen state reduces the amount and the reproducibility of DNA amplifications. Low humidity, low temperature, and the absence of microorganisms favor the preservation of DNA. Data show that there is no correlation between DNA preservation and time. Favorable conditions can slow down chemical and physical damage to a certain extent, allowing detection and analyses of all kinds of DNA after thousands of years.

In studies of detection of DNA polymorphism using human bones a few months old to some years postmortem, analysis has not met with good success, and only a few cases of successfully positive identification have been reported.6 In addition to the difficulty of verifying and reproducing the results, an inconsistency with regard to the results of DNA analysis from exhumed bones has been observed.

According to the data of some authors,2,6 identification of cadavers and human remains represents an increasing problem in countries of the European Union and Latin America and probably world-wide.
