GUILTY MO - Breeann Rodriguez, 3, Senath, 6 August 2011 - #4

The rumor that he backed over or otherwise hit Breeann is the exact same rumor we had IIRC when Sandra Cantu went missing and it persisted even after she had been found and Huckaby had been arrested. Just a recollection.

I thought about this off and on all day. I can't make heads or tails out of this. Something just isn't right about this so far, but that's based on what info has been released. Hopefully we'll get some new info.

Right. People have a hard time accepting a school teacher, neighbour, priest, preacher, friend, family member can do something so heinous to a child but it's a sad reality. All we have to do is look back at some of the cases we've followed in the past. This was no accident. It was cold blooded murder of an innocent baby girl and there is no doubt in my mind that she was sexually assaulted before he ended her life and disposed of her little body.

I don't know the ages or gender of his 3 children but if I was his wife, I'd be really worried about what he may have done to them.

The accident theory only works for me as a way of explaining the prosecutor's confidence that he murdered her specifically by suffocation, and that would be only if he encountered her in the driveway or garage, and there are security cameras on the house that recorded the encounter, the accident and subsequent suffocation.

Of course, you don't need an accident for the same scenario - an encounter where security cameras recorded him suffocating her.

I'm not sure he molested her, because if he did, I would expect an abduction or kidnapping charge, which we don't have, and I would expect that if the prosecutor's confidence is based on a recording of the suffocation, that same recording would suffice to back up the lesser charge of abduction/kidnapping.

It's just such a curiosity to me that the prosecutor is so confident of that suffocation as COD. And no, I don't for a second think this prosecutor is basing a first degree murder charge and public statement that he suffocated her and risking letting this walk simply on the word of a perp that that's what happened. The prosecutor has to have something more than a confession to go ahead and charge and make that public statement with no body and no ME exam. He's not going to risk letting a baby murderer walk.

(Senath, MO) -- She vanished a week ago while riding her bike in front of her southern Missouri home. But still, there's been no sign of three-year-old Breeann Rodriguez.

Or she already knows/suspects, which is why she could even suspect him of hurting Breeann.

I've seen reports in the media by a neighbor who said that the wife came over, reported what was being removed, and was hoping for the best (or something like that - indicating she was having a hard time believing her husband did it). And then reports that she was the one who turned him in.

At this point, I don't think we really know what led LE to SM, do we?

I know, I have info that says 119 and info that says 118. Since the neighbor who was interviewed about his wife coming to her house, across the street, lives at 120, I went with the 119 address on the case map. However, there are records for 118 as well. It doesn't help that he has at least 2 sets of relatives living on the same street either.

If he owns more than one home on the street and is renting out the one(s) he doesn't live in, is there a way to find that out? A license or something he would need to do that?
