BTW, MO cleared one more off death row this week. One more scheduled for May 21st I believe. After that there will be 36 waiting their turn. Plenty of room for CMW by the time he is ready.

So so very sad and heartbreaking. Hailey should be playing with friends. Doing what 10 year olds do. Not at the hands of a monster :banghead: I pray it was quick. That's all I got. Sadly.

At one point, Defense Attorney Patrick Berrigan and Greene County Prosecutor Dan Patterson argued at the bench over the merit of the writings being introduced into evidence.

Berrigan laughed quietly at one of the cases Patterson cited.

"I don't think this is anything to laugh about," Patterson said.

"Those are child sex cases," replied Berrigan.

"This is a child sex case," Patterson said.

When Berrigan asked if there were any specific names used in the stories, the agent replied that one story had an individual named "Hailey.”

In that moment there was total silence in the courtroom.
