Not the gangbanging step dad, just the biological dad said he wanted peaceful protests...
bbmOf course he broke the law about inciting a riot. You look at the law and see if it meets the spirit and letter of the statute.
Will he be charged is the question.
On the MB grand jury..... They were qualified to do the job and did so looking at all evidence and all witnesses. Direct evidence doesn't lie, it stands on its own and speaks to the truth of an event. Even without eyewitnesses the evidence shows what transpired. The law specifies what's permissible and justifiable. Justice was served in Ferguson in the courtroom and on the street.
I agree with everything you said except the last sentence, lol.Yes, there is certainly something wrong with yelling fire in a crowded theatre whether there is a fire or not. It's illegal where I live.
It is one of the most dangerous, stupid and insane things that anyone could do.
Picture yourself sitting in a crowed theatre and someone runs in and yells fire.
What would you do?
For heavens sake, sometimes I wonder...never mind.
I've avoided this thread for a reason.
Yet here I am.
As far as this stepfather person? Charge him. Jail him. buh bye, so long, see ya.
I've typed the following statement so many times I'm getting tired of doing it: Personal Responsibility.
And I'm not even going to get started on The Rams players' vile conduct.
One thing I will say without getting into any trouble.
I think that it was a superb idea to shut down the MB thread.
Interesting chart comparing statements and PBS reporting of statement. I'm still trying to figure it out. http://i.imgur.com/CsA9lFz.png
One person of interest in the investigation is Brown's stepfather Louis Head, St. Louis County police spokesman Brian Schellman said. Head was caught on video comforting Brown's distraught mother after the Nov. 24 announcement of no indictment, and then turning to a crowd of protesters and screaming repeatedly: "Burn this ***** down."
"Our department is currently looking into this as a part of the entire investigation that includes the arsons, looting, destruction of property, etc.," Schellman said. The findings will be presented to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, he said.

I question the sincerity of his apology due to his being on probation. I would love to be a fly on the wall when he and his probation officer discuss this incident. I wonder if this would be considered a violation of his probation.
LH can't "unring" a bell nor erase what's been seen. He and his son have, in separate criminal acts, caused great harm to untold numbers of people, caused damage far beyond simply the dollar value by their emotional, non cerebral actions.
He and his partner could have been the face of calm and restraint. Instead they and others chose sides even before the investigation began by numerous local, State and Federal agencies.
CNN along with other left wing media fanned the flames of racial inequality, even using non qualified "pathologist/forensic expert" Shawn Parcells? I believe Michael Brown's family used Parcells in the private autopsy of Michael Brown. Incorrect information after incorrect information with little to no vetting.
Then with non professional, erroneous autopsy information from Parcells, they have the gall to call for a town to be burned down? I hope LH and others responsible are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and then sentenced to the fullest extent of the law.
Noooo.......
Did I scare everyone?
:scared:
It's the sheep's clothing thing, maybe. idk
