Honestly I can't get the cops out of my mind. They, too, changed their story about when she was pulled over. It seems as though the cop is the last verified person who saw her. I am concerned that's why everyone has been so silent about it, police and family. Maybe the NKCPD has some explaining to do. IDK.

Totally agree, I wonder if he drives a blue truck! He just mentioned a "body found in KC" with no details. He is also predicting she will be found by tonight. A creepy and hostile guy... jmho

Bolded by me. Apologies for getting the quoting process wrong; I don't know how to correctly quote from another thread. first post

Im aware, from at least 2 peoples' reports on facebook, of a police impersonator in that area around the time of toni's disappearance. and that the impersonator was driving a possibly blue or dark colored pick up truck. i am also aware that a man from the area, who knew toni from chrome nightclub, who was using abusive language towards her online, drives a dark blue pickup truck. this mans name came up very early on, on facebook, because the disgusting messages he sent to toni were posted by toni herself after it happened, and then re posted by concerned friends after she went missing....does anyone else know anything about these messages and this person, or have they ruled him out? it seemed to me like a really odd coincidence at the time and i havent seen any follow up besides the guy has deactivated his facebook (where i noticed he drove a dark pickup)

thanks all

Police were notified, I would assume. You're talking about this, I guess. I removed identifying info, per websleuths' rules.

yes this is what im referencing. its a stretch, absolutely and tons of people in the area drive pickup trucks. but between the random sightings of a police impersonator active in the area, that same evening, driving a dark blue pickup truck, and this angry guy who was calling her names and now is wiping his facebook of the truck that just a week ago was his header image that he was stoked on......and he mentioned knowing her from chrome in his message. just a lot of coincidence and i hope im wrong!

posting the timeline-
Toni Anderson's Timeline:

9pm (approx), Saturday, January 14th Left home to go to work at Chrome per boyfriend Peter Sanchez. Lives on Grand Blvd

4:11am, Sunday morning, January 15th Toni left work at the Chrome Club shortly after 4 a.m. to meet up with a friend but she never made it. (Chrome nightclub at 7400E Highway 40 near the Truman Sports Complex) (Note: Toni was on her way to meet a friend at the QuickTrip on Southwest/31st where it was originally said she was headed and sources say when Toni left Chrome, she had plans to meet with friends at Shady Lady, a strip club on the eastside of Kansas City, at 2800 E 12th St.)

4:25am She was pulled over at 4:25 a.m. by a North Kansas City, Missouri, police officer — a separate jurisdiction from Kansas City — for a routine traffic stop for an illegal lane change, which resulted in a warning. Traffic stop lasted about 7 minutes. The Officer saw her pull into QuickTrip at 2525 Burlington to pump gas. (QT ATM near 26th and Burlington along 9 Highway) (Police say she was alone when she was pulled over and they watched her pull into QuikTrip to pump gas.) (from link: http://www.kwch.com/content/news/KC-police-search-for-missing-Wichita-woman-411018955.html )
"A North Kansas City police officer pulled Toni's 2014 Ford Explorer over for an illegal lane change in northwest Kansas City. The officer gave Anderson a warning, then escorted her to a QuikTrip to get gas." This is the video that says escorted. http://www.kwch.com/video/?vid=411263755&vid=411263755

4:33am She then stopped for gas, police confirm. Toni's debit card was declined at 4:33am, according to family's bank records. A declined transaction at QT. Also says two attempts to use card.

4:42am At 4:42am, she texted her friend, “OMG just got pulled over again.”
It is not clear if she was referring to the 4:25am traffic stop or a subsequent one.

4:53am She has not been heard from since, though she received an incoming text (or call?) at 4:53am; family says number is from a man who is cooperating with police.
To Toni’s mother, the phrasing of that final text does not sit well with her. “I don’t understand why she would write ‘I’m getting pulled over again’ in the same night,” Anderson says. “It just keeps resonating in my brain ‘again,’ ‘again’ … that’s just odd to me.”

~4:50am CCTV video has her leaving QT going south. Toni turned left in parking lot between QT & Adecco Staff building and then who knows where? Video Link of Toni leaving QT: http://fox4kc.com/2017/01/20/friend...ppearance-near-gas-station-she-was-last-seen/

Brian Anderson is also asking businesses to check their surveillance footage if they're on Tony's route from her home on the 1000 block of Grandview Blvd (actually should be Grand Blvd) to the QuikTrip on 2525 Burlington St. He says she would have been on the road between 4:50 a.m. and 5:15 a.m. on Jan. 15, Sunday morning.

9:30pm Sunday night Toni's phone goes dead. (Battery dead?)
("Investigators are doing a data dump of information from her cell phone in hopes of getting a better idea of who she was communicating with and where she was when the phone's battery died.") Link: http://www.kwch.com/content/news/KC-police-search-for-missing-Wichita-woman-411018955.html
"The Andersons said their daughter's phone was still connected to the T-Mobile network until around 9:30 p.m. Sunday." Link: http://www.kmbc.com/article/parents-issue-plea-for-help-to-find-missing-umkc-student/8609411

Didn't the cops say they think she's out of the area? Why did they think that?

Who were these friends that she was supposed to meet up with? Just because the word friend is used doesn't actually mean they were friends in the true definition of the word. Were they men or women or both?
In the Steven Capobianco case everyone got caught up with his story of what events took place that night and it skewed and was embedded in everyone's head. Turns out his story was a lie.
The only facts I am going off of right now is the traffic stop and the QT stop. Everything else is questionable. Hence my signature.

"Friends" could be men (drugs or maybe dates). Just a theory.

I live in a town in MO now that is full of universities and colleges. I have not seen anyone enrolled with or able to a "pre law" program after two semesters at Wichita State. There is a difference between going to go to college and being a college student. How does MSM not get that? If I got credit for everything I intended to do...

I read somewhere reliable that Toni was enrolled for a BA in Political Science. I can't find the source, but here's a tweet where she talks about being a political science major.

Pre-law isn't really a specific program, usually. It just means that you intend to go to law school after you finish whatever you're doing. There are many paths to law school, and a BA in Political Science would definitely be one.

The timeline above says "Ford Explorer." I know exactly where that came from, and they got it wrong. It was a Ford Focus, as we all know.

Oh yeah, this is how I knew she was a BA in Political Science. She posted this on her twitter:

One thing that is very concerning to me is that a year ago she wrote that there was a fire in her building and she was standing outside trying to hide $5,000 in cash in her coat. That is NOT something you want to be telling people. That's a motive right there. People have been killed for far less.

It also means that if she did run, she could have potentially taken a lot of cash with her.

I don't believe putting something on twitter does not make it a fact. Declaring a major is usually not done until after a certain of completed prerequisite college hours. The only point I am tryng to make is in, finding her must deal in facts and not twitter intentions and self spin. Her age, the number of years spoken by coworkers at Chrome as to how long she worked there (I believe 3 years), 2 semesters at Wichita State, declaring three different majors at the age of 20 may work for customers but it has me scratching my head.

As far as starting college at UMKC on Tuesday, it may have come to a point of reckoning to everyone that she was and is not enrolled to go there or attend. Was tuition paid that may have been paid to her for that goal? A possible cause to just leave a situation. The timing is interesting to me.

OMG another one??! That poor family.

There are many 100s of tweets about moving, her jobs, her school. It provides a very detailed narrative of her life's big events. Did you not see the letter pic I just posted? Did she write that letter to herself?

When I went to university I declared my major on day 1. It was a requirement back then. Easy to change and I ended up changing it. Some schools allow open enrollment these days, but it's still pretty normal to declare what your studies are up front.

Her twitter is very, very detailed about moving. She was wanting to move for a long time before it actually happened. She moved to Kansas City on November 7, 2015. That's just over a year ago. So she has been working at Chrome for just over a year, at most.

Yeah, some facts are all over the place, but that is mainly the media's fault.

Tweet showing her new kitchen: https://twitter.com/Tonianderson2/status/663180039370899456

From that link: "Most academic units require that your major be officially declared before or during your junior year."

Which agrees, more or less, with what I just wrote. There is nothing abnormal about what Toni has said about this at all. It's pretty standard to declare your intent when applying for admission. It determines the framework for the courses you're going to take. They generally don't like people to just take random courses.
