Plus even if we saw the plate on video. We still can't say if it was her plate since people can switch plates. Jmo
Steele man angle could not view the license plate. You'd have to be caddie corner of the angle in the photo to get the best view.
According to this tweet, the plates match via the mom.
#BREAKING Toni Anderson was driving a black Ford Focus when she was last seen. Mom just confirmed with @KCTV5 that the plates match.
Is that an assumption? or a fact?
What is the probability that the plate is on the trunk?
What is the probability that the plate is not on the trunk?
How does the probability of foul play change if the plate is not on the trunk?
Same process whether you are talking about pokemon or plates.
get the facts...

If we are going by what Mrs. Anderson says as facts in the case, Then I am still concerned with the phone being on the network till 9:30pm. This is one that could make or break the theory of her being in that water that morning. The Anderson's were forth coming with a lot of information via MSM before LE made statements regarding aspects of the case. I will assume they had the information concerning the cell phone just as LE had it. Can anyone debunk this for a fact once and for all.? JMO

Do we really know if there is dash cam footage? Do we know if the stops was called in or if the officer(s) said so after the fact?
I did confirm that fact before posting because I had the same question. In this video, officer Snapp of the KCPD says, "the dash cam video literally shows the officer walking up to the car, talking to her for literally maybe a minute, and then you can see her pull off into the gas station." (source)
So we know the dash cam video exists.
And a runner saying there was no car there. More brain overload!
The parents said one thing based on speculation, law enforcement said another bas d on seArch warrants. What is the issue here?

So I am going to throw out my frustrations about Toni's case and get it off my chest. First of all, . I feel like this investigation wasn't given the 100% it needed from the beginning. I think that it was entered into with a lot of mistakes from the beginning, and by the time it began to take a serious turn, it was too late to turn it around. Investigations have to be strong in the beginning, middle and end. This is why there are so many theory's and loose ends left unanswered. I will state that I have always kept an open mind to Toni's case. I have looked into probability of LE involvement, Co-workers involvement, accident theory's and suicide theory's. Until I see a report that states official evidence on the phone information from the T-Mobile network, or a person that can officially tell me what that report says, there is no way it can be discounted. Just as all of the other information regarding this case, I find myself constantly having to sift back through the information time and time again because of conflicting statements left and right. The news has made mistakes on information, LE has given conflicting statements on a lot of information right down to THE VERY FIRST TIMELINE reported. So, with conflicting statements coming from the absolute beginning, I can be assured of one thing in my mind. That this case has been flawed from the beginning, and will continue to be flawed throughout. This is strictly my own frustrated opinion. Now, if we are to rely on that phone ping information as to when Toni entered that water, excuse me if I'm a little doubtful given every single other detail from this case and the track record of the initial investigation. They have made the pieces to this puzzle fit, but the picture itself makes no sense. She was in Parkville for a reason. The only way we will know if her meeting was relocated to the park, or anything else for that matter is through the technology she communicated with.

Oops, text sent at 4:42, LEFT WY at 4:49, all by herself, phone went dark at approximately 6am. As per Sergeant Caldwell. Sorry for the earlier errors. Fat fingered it.

I did see runners at the park before sunrise. One of them happened to be a distance runner with Park University. My son and I tracked him down on a Sunday morning at 0530 two weeks after Toni went missing. He said he was running around the park at the same time two weeks prior and did not see any vehicles in the park during his run. It's very dark. One would easily see a car driving through the park.
Not according to CWD. Her phone mysteriously died right after 442.
