I have a feeling she put a pillow over his face and then beat him to death, she might have taken him out of the house during the early morning before her mom got up.She might have left a doll under covers in his crib in case her mom checked on him before she left for work.Just typing this is making me ill.

Hey do you guys remember seeing a police officer holding a baby doll and walking to his car on the day Tyler was found? This was outside the house, I think. I remember wondering what that was about. Hmm...

I didn't see it, was he just carrying it or was it wrapped in something like they wrap evidence?

Yikes! That made my eyes go very wide (sorry I'm a little punch drunk, been up for 14 hours now, waiting for a football game to be over here so I can pick up kids).

I do not drink often but I have been sooooooooo upset about Tyler, I am on my 3rd rum an coke just trying to unwind. He looks so much like my grandson it unnerves me.................There but for the Grace of God goes I,keeps streaming in my head.My heart breaks for Tylers Grandmother to Grandmother.

this story is so bizarre it's unreal.

Poor Ty Ty :(

She called her boyfriend over for breakfast after killing her son?

really shows no remorse at all..

wish I could see the video where she's smiling outside her house or the police station.

I believe this was cold blooded indeed

 I wish I did drink sometimes hun. The little one's just tear me up. You won't see me on a lot of the threads for our wee murder victims. I don't have the fortitude to read about them much.

 again!

The police officer carrying the doll...I am almost sure I saw that on one of the live news feeds. I went back to the first thread and watched a couple of videos but it's after 2 am here and I'm just too tired to go through them all right now. Tomorrow I'll see if I can find it.

:thud:

Tyler hasn't even been buried yet? I just need to shut my mouth, I've never been through this type of situation but ....

Well I'm just going to keep my mouth shut. It's best. JMHO

Well except ---was Tyler murdered in that crib? Okay I'll shut up now.

I am going to sign off before I get banned, but WTH.I give up:furious:

I just feel they deserve to be cared for even if it takes pieces of my heart.

@ Mickeysmommom, I'm not so sure about the boyfriend either. I think I see the look and mannerism you are talking about. I don't want to accuse an innocent honest person but I'm just not so sure about him. I also have a feeling he might have been the person who commented on another post about them smoking a blunt. Not sure if that really matters but don't think it's too smart for those close to the Dasher's to leave comments on posts or on the news ( who knows, perhaps he was following a lawyers instructions). If the dude is being honest I whole heartedly apologize.

This question has nothing to do with the boyfriends mannerisms or anything he said and please forgive me if I'm being to graphic but I just have to ask. If the boyfriend was frantically searching for Tyler and Tyler was already beaten, killed and gone wouldn't the boyfriend have seen some blood or something in the crib? Something isn't adding up here.

Of course, only my opinion

What I don't understand about what the boyfriend said is when he is talking about the grandma not hearing anything, I thought it was determined that SD killed Tyler after her mother left for work? Did I misunderstand or maybe the boyfriend didn't know?

Just dropping by... I've been AWOL on this case and probably will remain so. Every time I even see the header, I get this sick feeling in the pit of my stomach and tears start to well up.

I'll be thinking about Tyler but will have to leave the sleuthing of this particular case up to you guys.

:grouphug:

Ok will someone PLEASE help me, I think I might be losing it. I could swear I saw a police officer walking to a police car with a baby doll, I believe in front of the house, between the time of the 911 call and Tyler being found. The doll wasn't wrapped or anything, and it was one of those that has a soft material body and hard plastic heads, arms and legs. Every kid in America has had one. I went back through the first thread but I'm almost positive I saw it on a live stream and i don't know if there is an archive for those??? When I click on them now, they are current news shows. I wish I would have gotten a screen shot!

Also, after listening to the boyfriend's interview and watching the helicopter footage again, I now think that it was the recently smoked cigarettes of Shelby, Edgar and his roommate that the police were photographing and putting in evidence bags on the back deck table.

Here is my take on the doll. Little boys do not typically have baby dolls. Particularly 13 month olds. Baby dolls are generally given to little girls starting around 2 or 3 years old. I believe the doll was a tool used by LE in order for Shelby to demonstrate how and where she beat Tyler.

As far as GMA donating the crib and Tylers things to the crisis nursery I think it is great. I cant imagine having those things in the house knowing that Ty is gone forever and knowing what happened at the hands of his own mother. By donating his things so quickly while the media is so focused on the story is a great way to bring more donations to the center and more importantly-more awareness of it's existence. I am sure that CDs intention is to try to make Tylers loss into something that can help prevent another tragedy like this.

I don't like hearing people speak out against her in her time of grief. LE has said SAD acted alone and have not charged GMA. She is an innocent victim IMO who obviously loved Ty and must be so heartbroken over his loss and the loss of her daughter who she obviously loved too.

IMO

I am thinking it happened this way as well. I agree it shows no remorse, I also feel that she was trying to put other individuals at the house to put blame and point fingers at them. It seems that Shelby was planning, not sleeping JMO

snipped from The Duchess:

I did not think of this, makes perfect sense to me.

Thanks TheDuchess. The doll belonging to LE would make sense considering it wasn't in an evidence bag or anything when he carried it away.

And the more I think about it, I am sure they video taped her demonstrating the beating to document that his injuries match her description. Very good police work, IMO. Also, if they ever need to present it to a jury, it would be very powerful to show jurors her demonstrating this.

JMO

grandma is going to donate the crib that Tyler may of been beaten and killed in..... that just gives me the heebie jeebies..
