BBM: That made me laugh...:floorlaugh:

Same here, I wonder why, if she is so devoted to him, he's not reapplying for bond with her financial assistance? I found it really strange that before the murder charges she posted bond on the Obstruction and Public Lewdness (or however that's worded) charges but he didn't, why didn't she help him even then? I tend to think if she can lay all of this at his feet, she will, at the advice of her attny or otherwise.

Wait, she has a private attorney while he has a PD? oh my, ain't that an irony.... she 'loves him/needs him/wants him' bad enough to kill/cover killing, but not enough to help pay for his defense? Nice. Keeping it classy.

I'm sure she doesn't really care about Sidney when it comes down to her freedom or his. She'd throw him under the bus any day. I agree with above posts about her attorney is probably telling her the best defense is to shift all blame on Sidney. :scared:

I think I missed where TM has a private attorney. Can someone please post a link?

It looks like Tammy had a family friend, florence attorney, Patrick McLaughlin represent her in her Bond Hearing on February 24th.

The following hearing on March 17th she was represented by public defender, Greg McCollum.

Below are the two quotes regarding her attorneys.

Sidney Moorer was represented in Monday’s bond hearing by Kirk Truslow.

Myrtle Beach attorney Greg McCollum filed a notice of motion on Monday, April 7, asking Circuit Court Judge Steven John to reconsider his previous order denying bond on March 17 for his client, Tammy Moorer.

So they both have public defenders. Thanks.

If she's not willing to help him. Or even possibly throw him under the bus. Maybe she feels it's payback time for him cheating. Just my opinion.

Yup. And I think she planned all along to set him up for the fall.

So is this where the updates will be tomorrow? Does anyone remember the reporters that we followed on twitter last time?

Is Greg McCollum a public defender? He used to be, but I don't think he still is. Does anyone know if he still does public defense work?

"After passing the bar and becoming admitted to practice law in 1988, he served as a judicial law clerk for then circuit court Judge Don Rushing. Greg McCollum then joined the public defender's office, where he worked for less than a year before being hired by the district attorney as a felony trial prosecutor."

"In 1995 Mr. McCollum left the DUI Court to concentrate his practice on criminal defense. Since that time he has successfully defended individuals accused of serious felonies such as narcotics trafficking, murder, and assault among many other offenses. "

Looking forward to this bond hearing for TM.....

I soooo hope it is :denied:

Not all attorneys who work as public defenders work in the public defenders office. I would guess there are more private attorneys who do public defense than there are who actually work for the public defender office.
