I am going to do my best to be there (one way or the other). I'm not scheduled to be there in an official capacity - but have rearranged some things so that I can at least attend. That may change (as things often do) both in if I'm able to attend or if I'm suddenly there for work!

Eeek. Hopefully, it is a different judge for the trial, or he changes his mind for the trial. I do think it is possible that either the judge or political pressure could keep cameras out to stop it from turning into a circus. No cameras allowed would definitely keep HLN away, I think.
