Moorers' Bond Hearing

The kidnapping charge interests me. If HE was killed at the Landing, how can they be charged with kidnapping?

If she had been loaded into their truck and taken against her will, I can understand kidnapping, but with what has been laid out, I don't.

So, I am anxious to hear those details.

It is considered kidnapping if you don't allow someone to leave... by whatever means...

Until you get to Columbia, SC, Charleston, SC or Greenville, SC most local media (newspapers and TV) have interns and right out of college personnel, and their getting good experience, I just wish they let them cover more stories.

Yes, I hate their format, but some states give us no court records at all so I'll take what I can get, lol.

I didn't hear any confirmation of hearing yesterday - nor was I contacted to cover it - so I dunno.....

Under the Action tab of TM's charges (obstruction, indecent exp., kidnapping and murder), this appears:
