So it is possible QT and Eric were partners in crime according to this article. Its possible Eric was there with Jessica and QT or QT disguised himself, maybe with a ski mask, and claimed to be Eric. Just my rambling thoughts.

Will cameras be permitted to film tomorrow when the jurors visit the locations?

Or will we be unable to view that?

I don't remember whether or not I've ever seen that (meaning on live film) while following a trial.

I think it has been reported that QT's friend/cousin Eric was dating QT's sister and knew Jessica.

I wonder if they look alike. I wonder if she for sure knew QT as Quentin, and not by another name.

Just musing. I'm sorry if this has been covered. I followed closely when this was all unfolding but admit I have been away from Jessica's case for a bit.

She introduced him to Kesha as Quinton. JMO

LE and investigators have done their job and I am sure they looked at the Eric angle and brought charges against QT after much investigation. Eric may have been "cleared". But it will raise doubts IMO.

Another reason to support the need for professional juries in this country - trained professionals who know what to look for, what to consider, how to analyze evidence and witness testimony, what the laws are, how to be objective, etc. (my soap box issue)

I think this individual, Eric needs to be looked into more...I mean, it certainly raises a few doubts for me. (That they have the right guy on trial, I mean.)

Again, I've missed portions of today's testimony. Evidently, the owner of the car tag has not been released. I don't understand why they did not release it, if relevant to QT, especially since the jury goes to the Crime Scene, M&Ms, et al.

I have no idea, epiphany...but fingers crossed tightly we're kept in the know!

The tweets coming in this afternoon were far and few inbetween. Has it been like that all day? I was considering setting my alarm for 3am so I could help out with the tweeting but honestly, if there's not much tweeting from the courtroom I think I'd rather sleep since I can't watch the trial live.

O/T - then they haven't been trained to truly be professionals, IMO.

This might worth a thread to chat about some day. Thanks for your insight - I like to hear other thoughts.

Did anyone else hear a few witnesses testify that Jessica nodded her head a little when verifying her first name? I believe also to confirm her full name.

But I don't recall any testimony about Jessica head nodding or head shaking regarding the Who did this to you? question.


It kept occurring to me that she was not able to get the Perp's name across to them, and therefore kept answering the same way hoping they

would eventually decipher the correct name from her attempts

I was able to watch five hours of the trial today and a few hours yesterday. Even though there is lot more evidence coming, I think it's going to be very hard to shake "Eric" from the jurors' minds.
