Like I pointed out previously, these characters are helpfully told they don't have to speak to the cops but do anyway thinking they can fool them.

The video from the M & M store when JC was at the gas pump clearly shows no evidence of rear end damage There were several angles that provide that view. If you notice when JC car is loaded on the car carrie, after the burning, there is rear end damage. You can also see that rear end damage view in the storage lot. I don't believe anyone has addressed that fact.

#JessicaChambers - Court is in recess until 9am cdt tomorrow, SATURDAY. We will be live streaming with analysis.
 
He admitted to being with JC that night, and the timeline places them together past 7:15pm. She's mortally burned 30 min or so later, and he's on his way to Fred's for the green dot card/alibi and Piggly Wiggly, and he's texting a now-burned JC telling her he can't see her that evening because "his girl" is coming. Except he hadn't yet spoken to "his girl" from Louisiana or his backup girl.

Oh and he changed his clothes (again) upon coming back home after Fred's/Piggy Wiggly, because he was seen back at M&M store across from his mom's, 7 minutes later.
