OK, thanks, I think I am remembering the Fox interview with that blonde woman, and DB was talking about when she was at the station.

Right. DB said they accused her within a couple hours of her being at the station. So....either DB "exaggerated" to JT, or JT is just flat-out lying. Same with children being interviewed for "5 hours". More of DB's exaggeration or JT just lying? It's also not true that motorcycle identified Lisa. Nor is it true that witnesses saw a man with a baby at 12:00, 2:00, and 4:00 a.m.

DB is prone to lies of omission, lies of comission, and exaggeration. It appears JT is, as well.

JT saying they accused her within a hour to me-is beyond ridiculous.Le does not just walk in and start accusing people of crimes..They investigate and I am sure it took more than a hr just to call all the detectives who will be investigating this crime and to go through the house and get fingerprints!!.I use to like JT-but that interview made me mad!! JMO

I suspect JT is choosing to believe DB's exaggerations. Where else would he have gotten that little tale? He'd be wise to verify anything DB tells him before he chooses to repeat it. DB is not exactly a paragon of truth.

As cold as this sounds....that's not his job. He is representing/advocating for the parents, not Lisa Irwin.

But he says he is a victim advocate attorney in this case. Lisa is the victim. It's strange he never says much about her though.

Enough lawyer and PI spin already. I would love to get a factual update on the case from LE. Wouldn't mind a solid professional interview with MW either. Even better, the drinking buddy neighbor.

Maybe we'll start hearing from some witnesses soon (which I would appreciate, but only if LE agrees that it wouldn't jeopardize their case).

Regarding the witness sightings at approximately 12, 2 and 4 am---today is not the first time I heard that.

I did hear that said in passing this weekend on The Judge Jeanine P Show. I did not transcribe it because I was so startled that I assumed the individual made an error.

BS urges the police and volunteers to search an area close to where the motor cycle guy saw a man with a baby. He thinks the search area should be broadened to 3 miles.

Also, he says the boys were interviewed for 5 hours... I wonder if he is adding in the hours that they were "interviewed" by him then... the LE only interviewed one boy for 30 and the other one for 50...

This is getting ridiculous. None of us has much "real" information on this case. We have a few statements which have been scrutinized to death, and many assumptions made based on those. Presumably, JT has much more *official* information than we do. He has direct access to LE, and while they may not tell him everything, they certainly have told him more than they have to US.

So, to automatically assume that JT is LYING, when his information does not match our cobbled-together assumptions is taking things a bit over the edge, IMO.

You don't have to believe every word he says, and, healthy skepticism is warranted, but to just discount everything he says is completely unfair. Lawyers do have ways of saying things that "imply" something - for example saying the boys have been interviewed for 5 hours... could easily mean 5 hours "between them" and 5 hours of police PLUS independent interviews. But he is not going to out-and-out lie about it.

JT has a reputation to maintain. And his reputation will go straight to crap if he starts telling bald-faced lies. He's not going to risk that for any client.

Respectfully, BBM. He's probably including that...was she a Psychologist they had also hired?

He may have included possible child interviews by Dr. Randazzo.

I wonder if part of the five hours is with the FBI? Captain Young, correctly IMO, doesn't consider talking to the Feds as talking to their Local LE. So both JT and Local LE could be correct in their statements.

That's exactly what I think. The neighbor is a friend, however she will likely tell the truth. The fact that she hasn't spoken out tells me just that, she has credibility and has no dog in the fight or whatever that saying is.

If the parents are guilty, yes. But until they are proven guilty, the family is victim to a crime. If your child were taken, you would be a victim to the criminal's crime.

Basically what JT is saying IMO is that he is here as long as she's not charged. I suspect he's not going to represent them if they are charged.

Maybe she found out things the defense team doesn't want us to know...therefore she was poofed or perhaps left of her own accord. I think if she had anything the defense team wanted us to know, we'd have heard about it. I suspect she didn't help their case.

Yes they most certainly do! I have personal experience with this. My experience was cleared up rather fast, but YES they do start right out with the accusations!
