Based on what I have heard of GA on POLICE interviews, I do not think they will have to call him as a hostile, Cindy or Lee maybe, but not George. I think he will get up there, tell all he knows & tell the truth. I agree he & CA are history. I bet GA has tried for years to reign in KC & he & CA have had plenty of talks about mom enabling her.
And hats off to NG for treating Tim with respect & calling for donations to his team.

I just thought of something...

I am looking at the Websleuth's timeline for June Calander right now. OK From Monday, June 16th to Saturday June 21 it rained that whole week. If something happend to Caylee that week and she was burried some where then wouldn't there be some sort of evidence of muddy clothes/shoes or something? I mean the shovel probably would have been a mess unless she washed it off.

That could be part of the reason why KC waited to dispose of the body -- it was too muddy. She was afraid she'd get the car stuck going into remote places.

I could be wrong, but IIRC, the roomate couldn't be sure. I don't remember Tony saying Casey spent Sunday night. I'm pretty sure she was texting Tony until about 4-5 am.

I dont think so. It rained so hard and for a long time today.

Actually he should be fine. It has been 7 weeks since Hurricane Fay and hasn't really rained since then. The only reason TM had an issue back was becuase there was 15 inches of rain that fell in 24 hours when he was here in August. The last few days has only been 1 - 2 inches or so of rain. They should have no problem searching and hopefully can start tomorrow.

The other possibility is that she drove around late into the early morning hours, texting Tony, and then returned home, leaving later that day as George said.

I just don't trust what either George or Cindy have said as being truthful. Wish that George would take a polygraph on what's said about June 16th and June 24th

Didn't appear to me that GA was actually recalling June 16th from memory, but sort of rotely describing a usual day, usual departure and usual clothing they wore.

Over 754 pings on Casey's cell phone! The 16th is the day LE think June 16th is the day Caylee was killed. 3% of those calls were on the 16th into the 17th. A period of several hours the cell phone goes silent. That's when they think Casey disposed of the body.

I thought they were speaking of Monday the 16th that KC spent the night with TonE after going to Blockbuster. Clint said that he thought KC spent the night on Monday..to my knowledge TonE said she did not spend the night on Sunday.

And the HUGE type is neccessary...why?

Yes, it rained a little each day...I didn't see anything about huge deluges tho. She had plenty of places to do laundry. Tony's, Lee's, RM's... Cindy washed the pants she supposedly was wearing on the 16th...did they have mud on them or just decomp?! There are many options there.
