None of the areas could be completely searched because of the water problem. They hopefully will be dry enough to get back there soon.

To me it is quite clear. LP knew when the first DNA results came. It explains everything. There is no fathomable explanation I can find in my skull that explains the behavior from everyone involved.

I thought according to cell phone pings she never left the house and was in fact talking and texting all night.

On NG when LP was talking about the big fight the night of the 15th, it seemed like he started to say something about the cell phone pings being in the same area as the house then started to say hotel...then NG cut him off..it went to a cxommericial then that was the end of that conversation

IIRC, Sunday the 15th Casey texted Tony all night didn't she? I always felt it made more senes that she left after the fight, but I don't remember anything definitive that she did.

It would, but I can't find anything either that says she left the house that night, unless it was wee hours in the morning while she wasn't texting or talking. Then, that would debunk George's recollection of seeing them the next day on their way out the door.

I just thought of something...

I am looking at the Websleuth's timeline for June Calander right now. OK From Monday, June 16th to Saturday June 21 it rained that whole week. If something happend to Caylee that week and she was burried some where then wouldn't there be some sort of evidence of muddy clothes/shoes or something? I mean the shovel probably would have been a mess unless she washed it off.

Wasn't there a calendar created with all these details filled in? Does anyone know where that calendar resides so we can take a look at it?

I think that's entirely possible too, which would mean George didn't see them on the afternoon of the 16th. It will be interesting what he says at the GJ, although I know we won't know what that is.

The other possibility is that she drove around late into the early morning hours, texting Tony, and then returned home, leaving later that day as George said.

I just don't trust what either George or Cindy have said as being truthful. Wish that George would take a polygraph on what's said about June 16th and June 24th

I understood they got it with a search warrant. I'm just wondering though what LE needed it for, along with G/C's DNA. Possible evidence of cleaning up the car?
