I'm so glad the other person put the bolts to LP saying if he would have looked at all of the information that we all have had since day one, maybe he wouldn't have had to make the long trip out there.

I was laughing when she asked him that, and then of course he sidestepped the issue.

I do miss NG, she would have shut those defense attorneys down. It made me angry when the one was saying LP needs to go on, he is sabatoging the defense. What about that missing little girl, huh?

I just have to add in regards to Tony Padilla revoking the bond..... Do you know what that would end up doing to his business? His credibility as a bondsman? He's got to try and salvage his reputation now somehow and live with the knowledge that he paid to get a child killer (IMO) out of jail. I don't feel bad for him because he and LP should have done their homework before taking this on. But looking at that situation from an objective point of view, I can see why he wouldn't revoke bond.

They got her out of jail but she isn't free. She has that ankle bracelet and major restrictions..maybe they thought she was guilty all along but by being home she would let her guard down and let something slip that would result in Caylee being found.

Yep, he really blew it by believing Baez and the Anthony's and accusing all those friends without knowing anything. IT was very obvious from reading their declarations that non of them have anything to do with this and told all they knew. Only Casey is involved in this. There is no drug cartel or anything. She killed her. either maliciously or by mistake. If it was by mistake she would do herself a favor to tell the truth but I don't think she knows how to tell the truth. She will NEVER tell the truth no matter what they have on her. I have never seen anything like what I read in her interview with the detectives. I just can't believe it.

IMO, a good BH would not take anyone's story at face value. He even went so far as to point fingers and name names. Him admitting he made a mistake may not fly for a few people.

I think the Padilla's had good intention and deserve credit for trying to find Caylee.

I do too, and he said he's going to stay on until Caylee's found, one way or the other. I just hope he realizes now how misled he's been.

You know, I'm not so sure. I do think he is a media ho, and that is the only reason he came down to Fla. I also believe his eyes are brown for a reason (full of Bullchit). But....

I am not so sure that LE would have released some of the info they have, had it not been for LP spouting off. I think that a lot of stuff that was leaked earlier by LE was done so to counter what the Gpas were spouting. Then, when they got their own personal spokesHo they shut up and I think nothing else would have been lieaked. With the Dem convention coming up, no other info needing to be leaked (due to grannies and Casey mum in the pokey) the frenzy would have died down. It always does (think Brooke Bennett, Chester Stiles, etc.) until there is new stuff to report. Without the circus LP brought to town, this may have been eclipsed by the convention and I am glad it wasn't!

Casey reminds me of a couple of girls I knew growing up in high school. You know, if you're at a party, she is the one who thinks every guy there wants to screw her. She's God's gift to men. Right...

So now she's free and she didn't talk, and pulling a Melinda Duckett is a real possibility. So many of us knew there was no way Baez was going to let his client spill the beans to anyone. The Padillas are not new to their business and should have known better.

Well he might be full of himself but he is right. I think we may not be hearing much about the case if he still wasn't around talking. No one else is talking. No one talks to the parents anymore. They disappeared. Casey sure isn't going to talk. Baez isn't talking anymore. All we have is Leonard!

If he wasn't in Orlando, we wouldn't be seeing much about this case. Not at all. Cause like you said, no one is talking now.

The way I understand it, it Casey violates any of the terms of the bond, the bond can be revoked.

This might be TP's out. If she does violate the terms of the bond he can use that as the basis for revoking the bond.

Exactly. So if they can find anything, anything at all, that she has done to violate the terms of her release then back she goes! So here's to hoping there is some kind of proof that she's used a cell phone, used a computer, stepped outside, something! Like someone else said, those shorts were mighty skimpy!

Yes, he did!!!! And so does TP - I have been there for the Q&A's he has had on here. I was glad to hear LP say he would stay until she is found - one way or the other. I wish we really knew for sure the TES is coming in.

As far as LP, I'm still not so sure he isn't still playing the game. These past couple of days has been all about "legal posturing". First, LP & TP get her out.

Then - LP starts naming names and gives teasers about how his search is getting started.

So - LE decides to release these 400 pages. Which just really show more of the "Casey dynamic" but does not come anywhere near answering the million dollar questions - HOW WHEN WHERE

Now - LE fires this NEW GUY - and this has my "hinky" meter going as well. We'll just have to watch the show.

But LP read the affidavit before he got here. His crazy like a fox. I'm not all that ready to cut him out just yet. I keep saying I wouldn't ever sit down and play poker with that man (or Rob Dick either).

I also think TP should tell Baez - look you know what you're up against now - MAKE HER COME CLEAN - OR WHOEVER DISPOSED OF THE BODY - TELL US WHERE - cut your losses - or BACK TO THE KLINK SO GOES!!!
